I had quite a bit of tooth work done at excel dental with Dr. Cai & his assistant. If there is one thing that I’m scared of it’s tooth pain. Dr. Cai made sure I felt no pain at all during both of my visits in which I had extractions and a root canal done. I would describe my experience as laid back and pain free. I was able to watch Netflix the whole two hours I was in the chair and had little to no anxiety which is great. I’m currently at home after 3 extractions and a root canal that was performed test and have no pain at all THANK GOD!! Another plus for this office is that they have an in office discount for out of pocket patients with affordable pricing which is what attracted me to excel dental. Thank you Dr. Cai & team for making me feel comfortable & providing exceptional service!

The best ever! I’m one who is always afraid of pain but to my surprise I had no pain I didn’t need the shot to numb me the Hygienist was super cool he took good care of me. Im not proud of my teeth but he made me feel comfortable doing the process thanks a million

Dr. Cai had to extract two premolars (one was already fractured) and then do a bone graft. He explained the procedure to me and was reassuring as he proceeded. The whole procedure went well and everything is healing nicely. He's been very professional and kind. The staff is polite and it was easy to make the appointment. Also, they provided a detailed treatment plan showing my insurance coverage and how much I had to pay. The office is clean and modern. Overall very satisfied with their service!

I am new to the area and just picked a dentist location that was near me. The staff greet you right away and there is really no wait time for your appointment. You are then greeted by the hygienist who goes over why you are there and then proceeds with your treatment, and/or gets the dentist for you to review. The dentist listens to your concerns and proceeds as needed. Extremely nice and caring staff. Also I have to point out that this is the first time I had a cleaning without my face getting totally wet. She was extremely neat and quick. Great staff.

Wonderful experience. Very friendly and capable staff. The dentist was personable, thorough and didn’t recommend anything unnecessary. The dental hygienist, Ruben, was exceptional. He was careful and thorough. I went in with stains between all my teeth. I left with clean teeth with no stains between my teeth. Amazing!

First time here and everyone was so welcoming. Kim took her time cleaning my teeth and Dr. Tran was the most kindness person ever he made sure I was very comfortable ☺️ took his time until everything was right. I finally found the right dentist to come too!😁

Overall experience was great! The online scheduling was awesome as well as the Sunday schedule.
The staff/receptionist were very nice. They even gave my husband the free Colgate whitening toothpaste they hand out when you do the review right there and then, even though I didn't get to do the review on the spot since I couldn't remember my Google password to do my review. In addition, my husband was supposed to do a cleaning but suddenly had to cancel. We were not charged for this. That was very considerate of them!
The online paper work was a bit tedious and long for new patients esp if you're just interested in teeth cleaning and nothing else.
The hygienist Reuben was great! Very caring and kind! He tried to make you feel comfortable as best as he could. Thank you very much! He did my dental cleaning. Thank you!
I was just a bit surprised that they gave me Dr Cai, the younger doctor, though if I signed up for the mature/seasoned one online. He came across quite cocky saying to me "I'm like a walking encyclopedia" When I haven't asked him anything at all. At the beginning, the way/delivery of Dr. Cai when he asked the question about my dental history after Reuben just took the xrays for him to look at and use it to check what is wrong, if any, with my teeth, and told me "I don't know you that's why I want to know your dental history", didn't quite come out as caring or professional but more of rude and arrogant. Just a constructive criticism for next time for his other patients. Haven't had that experience before in my many years of going various dentists from different cultures.
However, overall, the visit was great. Thank you very much.
