I’ve never felt more comfortable then I did when I went!! They’re amazing people. So kind and so sweet. I had 4 filling done in 3 hours and they did it amazingly!! I will definitely continue to go back!!! Highly recommended!!

No body likes going to the dent, but this place actually makes it not bad. I leave here feeling accomplished and happy. They do a great job making sure you are comfortable and not in any pain, they are also sure to inform you of anything they will be doing in detail.

Great experience, the initial appointment wait time took a little longer then preferred.(Mainly because I was in pain). But once everything got rolling it was a great experience, the dr was very informational the whole time. Pulled two teeth and didn’t feel a thing, she explained every move she was making and constantly checked to make sure i was comfortable. her lab techs were extremely nice and efficient. The staff up front provided everything needed for future appointments and I’ll definitely get my dental work done here...

I called them mid morning on a Friday to schedule and appointment, and was hoping to get one sometime in the next month or so. The receptionist offered me a same day appointment even though it was just a routine cleaning. I was in and out in less than an hour, and each employee I encountered was pleasant and personable. What on Earth could be worse than having to go to a dentist, right? If it is not the WORST thing you have to do, it is at least in the top 5 worst things you'll ever have to do. I put off going to the dentist for YEARS, because my experiences with dentistry have been so bad. When I went to Orange Family Dental I was literally blown away. Not only did they tell me that my tooth was too far gone to save and that it needed to come out, they did it right then, on the spot, and didn't tell me that I'd have to take antibiotics for a week before they could do anything. Wonderful staff, not condescending, caring and just absolutely out of this world. If you've been putting off dental care like me, take my word for it, this is the dentist office you need to go to. You won't be disappointed.

I had my kids dental appointments scheduled. My grandmother passed away so my husband called and rescheduled the kids 6 month dental appointment for 2 weeks out. I received 2 texts confirming the 4 and 4:30 appointments a few days before. I was emailed paperwork to make sure my kids dental insurance was in order. Come in the day of to be told that 2 of my kids were scheduled for 3 pm and not 4 so now I have to wait for everyone in the office to be seen before they’ll see ANY of my kids. I show them the texts confirming time and they want to say that they didn’t have the correct phone for 2 of my 4 kids so they could only confirm the other 2 children’s appointments.
1. I don’t get off till 3 so no, I didn’t make an appointment for the exact time I get off. They moved their appointments around and didn’t inform me because I would have told them I couldn’t make the 3pm time due to work and getting the kids from school.
Then they proceed to tell me I have to call one of my child’s insurances to switch his provider (which I was told on the phone that he was already done and I only need to worry about doing it for my youngest). I could have done them both the day before the appointment instead of doing 1 child then and then having to call the day of, at the last minute while I’m in the noisy dentist office.
They’re are completely disorganized and blamed me instead of themselves and then punished me and my children by making us wait until they saw everyone else in the office before they would see my children!!!

Great office with amazing friendly staff!! Tristan was very knowledgeable in his field of work and made me feel super comfortable in the chair. Edgar the treatment counselor kept me updated on every detail regarding my insurance he even threw a little discount!! Thanks for making my experience a great one. It was my 6 year old daughter’s very first dentist appointment and she was extremely scared and nervous. Everyone made sure that she was taken care of and that she was safe. Towards the end, she was so excited to know she was coming back. Thank you guys for keeping her calm and giving us the best service.
