Where do I start?! ... I had the best experience here. Staff was FANTASTIC so sweet and funny. They make sure you are comfortable and explain every procedure with care. Dr. Olivares was SPECTACULAR ... I recommend 100%!!!!

Staff was very funny and eased my nervousness. Dentist was very professional and gave a step by step evaluation of my dental needs. Wait time is not that bad if you are a current patient. New patients may take a moment to verify insurance and complete paperwork. Overall, a dental plan was created to ensure I knew what I need to work on. This was important. Will continue going.

Great staff! Very friendly and calm environment! Very clean as well (followed COVID-19 guidance) very professionals...Dentist was very informative about my children's teeth! My children have been going there since before their first tooth came out! Keep up the great work!

Easy to make appointments... I came as a new patient with significant dental issues, and everyone on staff was very understanding. What might have been several appointments spread out over weeks elsewhere was a much smaller number of appointments, and they accommodated my schedule well and got me in for these appointments in the same week.

Dr. Meza... an incredibly competent dentist. He explained everything to me in as much detail as I asked, which made me feel like a partner in my own dental health for the first time in a long time. When it came time to deal with the worst issue I had, he was straightforward about the reality of my situation, gave me all the information I needed, and was patient while I decided what treatment plan to take.

Eddie is also a great hygienist... a really funny guy who made my teeth feel amazing. Looking forward to seeing him again in six months, as well as all the other staff.

I wish I would have come in four years ago when I first moved to the valley. My mouth would be in much better shape had I done so, but hey... at least I know my teeth are in capable hands moving forward.

My post keeps getting deleted by them, so let me post again. I went months ago and the “doctor” seemed to be in a hurry working on my filling. I would say that my bite did not feel right and I had the material all on the inside of my tooth. I went to another dentist recently, and was told that I could have needed a root canal from the terrible job that I received. Please save your money, and go elsewhere. I developed TMJ, and the whole left side of my jaw was swollen from the disgraceful work.

I have been a loyal customer for over 13 years and I am disheartened w/the current level of customer care and service. I was informed that most big the dentist that cared for me and my family have left. We were not notified or informed of their collective departure. The dental assistant was referred to as Doctor even though he never introduced himself formally. He was doing the actual cleaning. I've never had a doctor clean my teeth. I doubt very much that this individual was a doctor I'm I'm sure he was a dental hygienist. This will be our final visit. Quality cannot be sacrificed for quantity. Our family wants to be appreciated as patients not as another billable hour.

This place is great. It confirms your appointment more than once, which is great if you’re forgetful like I am. My daughter and I didn’t wait more than 10 minutes with an appointment. The staff was courteous and the dental hygienist was fantastic! My daughter had a great time as she had her teeth cleaned! Definitely recommend!

My kids had being patients for a long time since their first baby checkup. Today I had appointment for my kids and we took a long time inside the rooms waiting they just did procedure for only one child .the dentist took for ever. I think I should just look for another dentist office.my son have being so scare to go again to the dentist .it already pass hours and his still discomfort were he had the procedure his lips and mouth hurts. Hope they get a better dentist service this is the first time this happens.

I am very pleased with everyone that works there. Everyone is so awesome and have great dedication to their patients. I'm very happy with the job they do and how they help the patient in everyway. I highly recommend La Joya Dental for any dental procedure that needs to be done. I enjoy every time I go for my appointment. Thank you, everyone for their dedication!!
