Dr takes you into a private meet and greet and welcomes you with open arms. Then the show starts . Does the X-rays the three d computer graphic and checks you over. He finds everything that could possible. Be wrong with your mouth and presents a estimate that is outrageous. When all you called for was a teeth cleaning and asked for full disclosure and an hour and a half is wasted with no teeth cleaning How about easing a new client in slowly and establish a new client rather then scaring them away. Sure the practice is good but with insurance this doctor is still out my price range.

Great dentist! Listened to all my questions and took his time talking with me making sure I understood everything completely. Everyone at this office is very nice and I didn't feel rushed like I felt at my other dentist.

I was visiting another dentist clinic, but now I had to go with Sachse family dentist which I don’t recommend them because they did annual exam and cleaning only then they charge me … after a while they informed me I have to make another payment because my insurance did not pay what they expected. Imagine !!! even the insurance was surprised because of their unbelievable estimate . You guys need to consider some value and treat people more kindly

I went to cleaning and one of their employee was talking like she was making a rocket science. They always will charge more than other dentist. A cheap method marketing their stuff to you.
I would not recommend them to any relatives and friends.
Actually I came one time to this clinic and for sure it will be the last one.

Sachse Family Dentistry takes the dread out of going to the dentist! Dr Rottman, Vanessa, and the whole team go above and beyond to make you comfortable and fully explain your treatment and care plan

Dr. Rottman along with his dental hygienists used scare tactics to try and push me into getting Invisalign. I was informed if I did not get Invisalign, I would eventually need crowns. According to the dentist and his dental hygienist, I was traumatizing my bottom teeth and that's why they were "loose and shifting." I was also told to start using Sonicare electric pressure sensor toothbrush because I, "brush my teeth too hard."
Moving forward, I got a second opinion from a dentist in another practice and, in my case, he said that Invisalign would only be necessary for cosmetic reasons. I was also informed by the second opinion dentist that my bottom teeth were NOT loose nor traumatized in any way. The only recommendation I received was to get a night retainer to prevent teeth grinding. After receiving the second opinion, I canceled all future appointments with this practice. Glad I saved my husband thousands of dollars!!!

The Dr. is great. Most of the staff is amazing and I have seen many dentist. The reason i give them a 3/5 is the front desk person. I have been going there for almost a year. If you are not light skinned the caucasian receptionist does not greet/acknowledge you. My husband has the experience. He is not caucasian. We are all human beings and deserve equal treatment regardless of gender, religion and ethnic background.

Great experience! Well, as great as going to the dentist can be. All of the staff is very friendly and professional. Dr Rottman is awesome. He's the best dentist I've ever had. The dental assistant, Eidref, is also top notch. He made sure I was comfortable and well informed through the whole process. I highly recommend them.

The staff is absolutely amazing. From the moment I walk in, I get greeted by my first name ( which is unusual and not pronounced how it is spelled) to having no wait time. The longest I have had to wait is maybe 5 minutes. Then both the dentist and hygienist are great at explaining what they are about to do, use high tech equipment ,are friendly and are excellent at their craft. I would highly recommend them!!!!
