Comfortable, professional environment that makes even the biggest dental coaster chicken feel at ease. They were able to accommodate an urgent appointment request and have flexible hours. They explained everything in detail, making sure I understood every step from the treatment plan to the insurance coverage. Everyone was friendly and helpful. I have been looking for a new dental office for some time now. I'm very glad to have found this one! Had such a great experience that my husband is making an appointment this week, too.

My experience as a new patient was tremendous, and quite possibly the best dental experience I've ever had. Dr. Rottman, Amanda and Madison were all exceptionally welcoming and courteous with regards to myself and my young daughter who was with me. The atmosphere was calm and easy, making the entire visit super comfortable. I really couldn't have been happier. I just found my dentist moving forward.

Dr Rottman was great! He sat with me and asked me what my concerns were, anything that I wanted to address. Then took time to talk to me about what he was seeing and what my options were. Vanessa was my dental hygienist and she did a great job. The rooms are comfortable and you have a tv you can watch to distract you while they do your cleaning. Will be coming back for my next appointment.

This place really makes me feel relaxed. All employees are kind and respectful. The waiting time is very short, less than two or three minutes. These are written by someone who has a dental phobia. So you can trust my words. 🤗

Cecilia and Sadie, as well as Dr. Rottman, treated me with so much kindness and patience in all of my visits. I’m glad I found a comfortable and friendly place to go to the dentist.

Dr. Rottman was absolutely wonderful. Today was our girls (6 and 3yrs old) 1st visit. Him and the dental assistant were great with kids and made them feel so at ease. Great office! My first appointment will be next month. I'm so happy to have found such a nice place so close to home.

This place is a RIP OFF. Received a card in the mail for new patients; $39.00 for exam and Xrays. Supposed to get FREE whitening after exam, xrays, and cleaning and $100.00 gift card toward dental treatment. They charged me a total of $436.00, told me to pay 150.00, with receipt showing $286.00 balance. This is total FALSE ADVERTISING. They will pay hell getting the balance of $286.00. I questioned the receptionist and showed her the card I received in the mail. She could have cared less and told me to pay $150.00. WHAT A RIP OFF!!!

I took my 9 year old niece and 16 year old daughter and they both had a great experience! This was our first time there. The office was nice and clean, the exam rooms were equipped with TVs, even one on the ceiling. The dentist was very friendly and personable. He reviewed both girls' exams in great detail. My girls will definitely be going back in 6 months!

Great dental experience by Dr Rottman, his dental assistant Ceci and staff. This office has very nice people who take care of you and Dr Rottman explains every option and step by step what to expect. This office uses up to date technology and procedures even with a TV on the ceiling. There was no pain while being entertained. It was especially nice knowing there is such an excellent dental service so close to where we live in Woodbridge

If you have to go to the dentist Sachse Family Dentistry is the place to go. Dr. Rottman and his assistant Cecilia and the rest of the team have made my visits there very comfortable. They let you know everything they are doing and make sure you are informed and relaxed.
