I have always been afraid to go to the dentist. My last dentist in town hurt me more than having my hysterectomy. That's when I knew I had to make a change. I have had a cleaning, a root canal and a restoration (AKA filling) at Dr. Fandel's office and I've never once been hurt. His staff is so friendly and soothing. I'm no longer afraid to go to the dentist!

Update: It saddens me I can longer come back. The dentist is amazing but I could no longer afford to keep up with the treatment. I don't know how their payment plan works but I paid every penny of the remaining balance to later find out I owe over 1000 dollars more. If I had the money I wouldn't hesitate to come back. Since I couldn't finish my treatment I'm back in pain looking for another dentist. Thank you for all you did. And wish you all the best.

I had to have a molar removed (top left) due to it chipping off and causing issues. I went in the first visit and an antibiotic was prescribed as I had an infection. The pain went away after day two. I returned for my extraction and was so so so anxious. I should not have been! Dr. Fandel did such an amazing job. I was terrified of the shot, never felt any of them at all! The extraction never hurt just pressure from the deep roots. Dr. Fandel also called that evening to check in me and asked if I had any problems or questions. He had a great sense of humor, great bedside manners and so kind! I would recommend to anyone.

First filing in MANY, MANY years & yes, I was very nervous but Dr. Fandel & his entire staff were the greatest & I left with a new attitude toward dental work all thanks to them.

I moved back to San Angelo after 20 yrs and needed a to find a good Dentist and was referred to Dr. Fandel. I was able to get an appointment quickly and went in for an initial consultation and cleaning. The Hygienist was extremely nice and thorough. I needed to have a wisdom tooth pulled and was surprised (and thrilled) to learn Dr. Fandel did this and I didn't have to go to an oral surgeon. Dr. Fandel was able to do the extraction the next week. On the day of the extraction I went in a little nervous but everyone was so nice and helped ease my nerves. Dr. Fandel numbed the area with little to NO PAIN. The extraction was quick and painless! The aftercare was explained in detail and Dr. Fandel called me later that evening to check on me. I am SO glad to call Dr. Fandel my Dentist and would HIGHLY recommend him to anyone!

I am absolutely terrified of the dentist from a really bad experience I had years ago from a different one. All my anxieties were taken into account and I was talked through the whole process. It was fast and super easy, by far the best dentist visit I’ve had! I may be able to finally work through my fears!

Dr. Fandel is amazing!!! Went in today at 8 a.m a little nervous might I add to have all 4 of my wisdom teeth surgically removed with IV sedation and everyone in that office were/was very compassionate and caring. Procedure was done very quickly. I'm not one who enjoys the dentist office, but this office I will definitely highly recommend and will always go back for all my dental needs. Needless to say the best part is that Dr. Fandel called me himself around 5:30p.m to check on me and see how things were going so far, now if that doesn't show true dedication to his patients then I don't know what does? Thank you Dr. Fandel and all your staff for such a wonderful experience!!
