I moved to San Antonio recently and needed a new dentist. Saw this practice was close to home and had great reviews so I set up my initial exam. So very glad I did because that appointment was the best experience I ever had at a dental office. Everyone from the front desk staff, Josephine the assistant, and Dr Shah were so personable and welcoming. The treatment team did a wonderful job as well! The x-rays, exam, and cleaning were gentle but effective and informative. The facility is also beautiful and well-kept. 11/10! Per orthodontist Dr. Melendez’s recommendation, I booked cleanup appointments for me and my son. Dr. Shah’s practice is so good that I decided to switch and let her be my family dentist from now on! Her assistant Mario and the entire staff are dedicated to provide a great experience. Within the next few days, Dr. Shah will perform all the extractions my son needs for his ortho treatment and I will get a couple fillings and some more work done as well. Dr. Shah did a great job with my cleaning and additional procedure that I needed on this same visit. She saved me the extra trip, and time and I needed the work done. Everyone is very friendly here and professional. Very clean place as well. Our first time coming here to get my 4 year old daughters teeth looked at. They ended up having to pull one tooth. They did a great job. Made my daughter feel comfortable through out the whole process.
