You would be hard pressed to find a better dentist. Dr. Shah and her staff are top notch, friendly, courteous and above all honest. When we PCS’d to San Antonio she was located at a dental office close to our home. Her straight forward nature and care for her patients (especially my wife and children) set the bar high.
When she moved to another location we stayed with the dental office that was close to home for a little while, but it wasn’t the same. The dentist that took over was frustrating and aloof. When my tooth broke recently I had to wait a week before being seen. (Ok, busy I can deal with that.) but when the dentist examined my tooth they spent less then 20 seconds looking at it poked the area three times, told me it’s either a root canal or an extraction and that I needed to go to another specialist. They then got up and walked away. Then charged me 100.00 dollars for the visit. With a much larger bill to come from the specialist. To say I was frustrated didn’t even come close. Luckily a friend told me that Dr. Shah had a new practice. It was an hour away from our home. We called to make an appointment and she remembered us and set up a visit immediately. Turns out no root canal or extraction needed. Tooth fixed.
There is not a price you can put on honesty, especially in a world today filled with people who just want to make a profit. Give me the hard working, honest individual that loves their job every time. Dr. Shah and her staff are a group of those individuals.

I would like to give 5stars to HARDY OAK DENTISTRY for their best customer service. Front staff is very welcoming and made me feel very special. I was always afraid to go to the dentist as I knew I need a long lengthy dental treatment. Dr Esha and her staff is very knowledgeable. They explained my dental procedure and insurance coverage in detail before the treatment. Dr Esha removed my wisdom tooth very quickly and I did not even realize it. Amazing experience! From the moment I stepped in and was greeted by Bethany, it was all smiles (pardon the pun) and laughs all throughout the visit. Dr Shah was amazing! Gentle, knowledgeable, and so full of integrity: in this day and age where one visits a dentist seems the main objective is to get a deep cleaning done along with whatever other "add-ons" one can apply. Not the case here. I was informed of my issues (a lot) and given a simple snapshot of what should be done in priority. No upselling. No "let's go ahead and get everything done today, sign here". Bethany helped me out with an issue with my insurance and I felt that if I had mentioned I had no money to pay for the exam, they would have smiled, shook my hand and not think twice about not charging me. Lastly, Jennifer: wonderful assistant. Amazing personality, great sense of humor, I couldn't get enough of hearing her laugh! I will be back, most definitely, and will most certainly bring my son for a check up as well. Thank you all at Hardy Oak Family!!! You treated me as such.
