I’ve been trying to see a dentist for months. Every time I actually get someone on the phone, I’m told they have nothing available. Today, today I had enough! I finally got an appointment. I made it last week for today, Monday. They sent a text to my emergency contact (not sure why) they tell me “there was a mix up and won’t have a dentist for me today. Actually can I find another doctor” (she calls the dentist doctor). I was a bit confused because they already got approval from my insurance to do the work. This is not the first time I’ve been told the dentist is not available. I asked Brandy (that’s her name) what was going on, she responded with they don’t always have a dentist. They have reception just not always dentist. So I asked about their other location and she told me they have no dentist there at all. I then asked her if they were going out of business or closing because I think their website, fb, and bbb should be updated to which she responded “I guess”.

Great office. I was there when they opened and I have loved it ever since. After having a bad experience with dentists before this place, it was refreshing to finally be heard and NOT JUDGED. I get great care, they make sure to inform me of what will happen to me or my kids before making another appt for operation, and even check my blood pressure if I ask. My only issue are the newer front desk staff who seem to give you wrong hours for appts or as I noticed in office today, will tell people misleading office hours. I heard them say they had an opening on Saturday and then after a few aggressive nudges between the two said they arent open on Saturdays. This is not true and it left me a little disgruntled. Said nothing but didn't appreciate the lie.

Great DDS office, staff were fabulous and Dr. Dan was great. I have to tell you I had A 7pm appointment, yes 7pm. I have never seen a DDS office accommodate my schedule so well as to have evening hours.

I went in for a root canal to this office my daughter Brittany referred me to. I was treated as if I was the only patient from beginning to end knowing they have others. The Dr at this practice is amazing he made me feel comfortable and explained what he was doing from start to finish. The office manager Bertha is very sweet and extremely knowledgeable about the business, she can answer any questions you have quickly and with the right info. I highly recommend you try this dentist they will definitely be "MY DENTIST" BECAUSE they are AMAZING!!! THANK YOU THANK YOU. THE DOCTOR AND STAFF RUN A VERY PROFESSIONAL OFFICE.

I had an emergent situation, the staff is incredible here. They got me in same day. My dentist and Tim the hygienist were the A-team and so caring throughout the entire process and did everything possible to make sure I was comfortable. You will not be sorry by choosing them for your dental needs. I have officially made this my family dentist!

I have taken my whole family to se Dr. Dan. He is very kind with his patients and understands that there may be some fear involved with going to the dentist. Dr. Dan tries to remove that fear and anxiety with compassion and understanding.
I have had cases where I needed to get in as see Dr. Dan. I call up and speak with Bertha, and she will fit me into her schedule even it it means staying after hours.
