Really nice associates who checked on me frequently and made sure I was comfortable. Procedures, price, and paperwork were very clear and upfront.
There are a lot of things offered to me that aren't covered by insurance, which is really hard to sort out what is "actually" needed, what is recommended, and what is a cash grab.
TVs on the ceiling, which is a nice touch. Very clean and presentable office space.

Love this place!!! All the girls are very nice and welcoming. Dr. Khalid is such an amazing Doctor, she’s always takes her time to do things right and she’s so patient. They teach you about everything you need to know to help your teeth feel & look better everyday. Definitely hands down the best place to go to in town. I’ve been going to AquaSprings Dental for years and every experience has been positive. Going to the dentist is never fun, and I used to have anxiety that made it worse, but everyone here is so kind and accommodating that it’s easy for me to be relaxed. Everyone is friendly, and I feel confident in their hands.

Unlike some dentists, they’re not trying to constantly upsell things. I feel confident that if they recommend a treatment, it’s the best course of action. They’re careful and methodical, and happy to explain everything about what they’re doing.

Overall, I highly recommend them. I don’t think you’ll find a better dentist in San Marcos.

I had an absolutely wonderful experience here every time! The staff are all so friendly and very helpful, and they do everything they can to make you comfortable. After having mostly bad or not great experiences at the dentist, I was finally able to relax during my third visit here. I'm so grateful I found this place!

Decent dentists, clean office, but their appointment policy SUCKS!

- Two weeks ago -- "appointment reminder [date/time], contact us if you have questions."
- 6 days later -- Interested in moving up your appointment?
- 4 days ago -- Your appointment is [time/date]. Text to confirm. Appointments can't be cancelled within 48 hours. $50 no-show fine.
- 2 days ago -- Your appointment is [time/date]. Text to confirm. Appointments can't be cancelled within 48 hours. $50 no-show fine.
- Yesterday 8:30am -- "Calling to confirm your appointment tomorrow at [time]. ... Text back by noon or it will be cancelled."

Today, I showed up 15 minutes before the repeatedly confirmed & threatened time/date. They cancelled it. "Our policy [blah, blah, blah]." Odd because that's not the policy I read in the text messages. I read show up or be fined $50.

I work in a secure facility. I can't have my phone. I didn't see that last text message until reception girl told me about it. The few brief seconds I did spend checking my messages I saw, "Calling to confirm your appointment for tomorrow."

I had a very positive experience. I haven’t been to the dentist in an inexcusably long time, was incredibly anxious, and they made it as comfortable of an experience as I could have hoped for. They kindly credited me for the few things I’ve been doing well, tactfully easing some of my embarrassment, and were gentle in their expressions of what issues I was having and how I could improve, without downplaying the importance of treatment and improved ongoing care at home. I’m content with and believe in the treatment plan moving forward and the first procedure in my upcoming series of treatments caused as little discomfort as I think it could have. I’m confident in my continued treatment and excited by the prospect of my improved health. Thank you to Ashley, Jobeth, Dr. Khalid, and everyone else I’ve interacted with so far.

After 2 years of neglecting my oral hygiene and refusing to see the dentist after a terrible experience I had I finally searched for a new one in my area. I explained in any text box and in person multiple times that I was terrified of the appointment and had pretty bad anxiety of just being there. They were so welcoming, made me feel safe, broke down each step as they went along and explained to me better at home care I could be practicing. My anxiety and fear has minimized significantly and I actually feel better and excited to take care of my teeth and gums with the support of the amazing staff. Highly recommend this office to anyone skeptical about dental work. I am so grateful I came across them and don't plan on going anywhere else.

Great dental experience! I was able to get an appointment quickly, the office was clean and comfortable, and the dental hygienist and dentist were both great. I ended up having some insurance/billing problems, but Tasha, the office manager went above and beyond to help me out with everything. She kept me up-to-date with clear and kind communication and really worked hard to get everything taken care of. Unfortunately I won't be able to go back because they out of network with my insurance, but I HIGHLY recommend them. It isn't often that I've seen such great office staff and practitioners in the same place! I will recommend this office to anyone in this area.

AquaSprings Dental holds a special place in my heart as it welcomed me during my first month in San Marcos, and my first week of school, when I was alone and suffering from an excruciating toothache. Despite phoning several dental offices that either turned me away or didn't comprehend the severity of my situation, I finally found AquaSprings through a referral. Their prompt and attentive treatment plan, along with the patience and courtesy of every staff member, made me feel right at home. This was my first real dental experience and, regardless of any future experiences, I will always remember AquaSprings Dental as the only place that welcomed me when no other place did.

I had a great experience here. Would trust them with my whole family’s dental needs. Everyone is so wonderful and helpful. I finally found a place where I feel comfortable receiving dental needs.
