I’m leaving this review on my mother’s behalf. ALL CURRENT AND FUTURE PATIENTS NEED TO HAVE THIS INFORMATION.
I just spoke to my insurance company’s Dental Representative and this is what Aquasprings Dental is doing.*** In going over charges the representative found a charge of $180. They are charging $180.00 for Covid-19 precautions (or whatever description they’re labeling it). The representative, who deals with 100’s of different dental offices, expressed disbelief at that amount. She said Dental Offices are charging fees related to Covid-19 but it’s generally in the amount of $10-$20. The representative said she’s NEVER seen a charge anywhere near that high. $180.00!!!***

Great knowledgeable and positive staff at all levels. Very efficient and thorough with all aspects of the process. Two additional thoughts for consideration to earn the full five stars: 1) Your COVID requirements are important and necessary, however part of this process is repetitive in my opinion. 2) Perhaps a discount could be offered to U.S. Veterans (??). I’m so lucky to have found this place. If you have severe dental anxiety, check out Aquasprings dental! I’ve never been so relaxed while getting cavities filled. Beautiful office as well, everyone is friendly

Awesome as always!!! My family uses the location in San Marcos and Austin and both are consistently friendly, clean, and professional. They also stand behind their work. I had a crown replaced about 9 months ago. Went in for a cleaning and the x-rays showed the new crown hung over a little to much and created a pocket. They offered to replace the crown at no charge. And everyone knows how much that costs. I would've never known anything was wrong until years down the road when I had to get a root canal or something nuts. Never mind!!! Billed my insurance co $717 and received zero treatment except for a prescription for amoxicillin and some x rays!!!! I went in for a very bothersome cracked tooth and once I told them I couldn’t afford the balance that wasn’t covered by my insurance co, I was quickly escorted out of the building. Btw, this took 2 visits and never got my teeth cleaned after they said it would be done at my 2nd visit. Nice, but only if they get $$$

Dr.Aponte, Tanna, and Martha were absolutely amazing! The most comfortable experience and zero pain! If I could give a higher rating I would. Thank you all for being so nice and also for explaining everything perfectly!

Absolutely fantastic. I got a phobia of the dental drill in highschool and the comfort they provide I can get my dental work done without my mass anxiety and panic. I haven't been that calm under the drill in decades. Highly recommend to all scaredy cats

I was extremely pleased with the service from the time I made the appointment (same day service by the way) until I walked out with my detailed, full treatment plan. I was very disappointed with so many things my previous dentist missed just a short time ago.... but I am truly grateful for the wisdom given to me to get me healthy again quickly.
