I have been coming to this office since 2020. Dr V has always taken care of me. The staff is amazing and very communicative and authentic. I always love walking in and seeing La Gail’s shining face.
I had gotten my wisdom teeth removed here and shortly after received fast braces. I had 0 issues. They even did a follow up call a few times to check up on me after my surgery, which was unexpected.
I would highly recommend this company. I usually am anxious going to the dentist but they put me at ease (and provided me with a comfort blanket 😜).

I've been going to Randolph Family Dental for about a year now, and I am very happy with the service I've received. My dentist is Dr. Vardeman, and she is fantastic! She's very thorough and makes sure you understand what she's doing when she gives you an exam. I also have to mention that the staff is incredibly friendly and helpful—they go above and beyond to make sure you are comfortable, especially Miss La Gail and Miss Monique. Miss Nikki was also great in assisting Dr. Vardeman during the check up and procedure. I would recommend this dentist to anyone who is looking for a new dentist ❣❣

Stay FAR away from this place! When I called to schedule my appointment, they said they didn’t accept my insurance. I had found this provider though my insurance website, so I informed them they did accept my insurance. The woman proceeded to argue with me so I called my insurance and my insurance representative had to call and inform Randolph Family Dental they do accept my insurance and she was wrong. Should have been a red flag to me, however, I was in serious wisdom tooth pain and needed it removed asap so I was desperate.
Then, they made me pay payment for my wisdom teeth removal before the surgery. I let them know the price didn’t seem to be adding up because through my insurance I paid $95 per 15 minutes of anesthesia. They said “we don’t know how long it will take so we just guessed and we will refund you whatever after”. Should have been red flag number 2. I went through with the surgery and as my husband was taking me out they made him pay MORE.
Then after a month I called to get my refund and they argued with me that that’s an insurance thing and they were waiting on my insurance. After going back and forth with my insurance, they let me know that RFD coded everything incorrectly and I paid $440 TOO MUCH. I had to have my insurance rep call and tell them how to do their job correctly.
When I finally got my itemized bill from them they had overcharged for the anesthesia. As previously stated, through insurance I was to pay $95 per 15 minutes. They charged me for TWO hours. Even though I was in and out within 56 minutes. Thankfully my husband had taken a picture of me in the car that had a time stamp.
To end, stay away from this place and their sketchy business practices. They front desk staff is so rude and completely incompetent. Find a better dentist who won’t waste your time and money!

If you hate DENTIST have ANXIETY or PTSD DR. V specializes in IV and pill sedation. NO PAIN INVOLVED. My husband avoided dentist for a long long... time. Dr. V is very knowledgeable,personable, friendly and has a soothing voice that helps to calm you. Keep your SMILE and call Dr.Vardiman. Friendly staff here. My husband took his first step ! Absolutely terrible service and they try to nickel and dime you for every penny while providing rubbish dental procedures. Went to a different dental clinic with much better service amd much cheaper prices with much better care. I've been to many different dental clinics as I move around every few years with work. And this one is the absolute worst. Stay away from this place at all costs.
