Great visit, staff was respectful, caring and knew their jobs. New office gave the visit a whole new fill. Prompt service, teeth cleaned and out the door . Got to meet the new Dentist, was thoughtful and took his time to give me specifics about future dental work. Scheduled my next apt 6 months in advance before leaving today they always call to check an see if I am going to show up for a visit. Have gone to them for years with great service .

I called in early Monday morning and they were able to get me in the same day and get me taken care of! The whole office staff is upbeat and super friendly! Also, very helpful! Dr. Goode was terrific! He was able to get the problem taken care of in no time!

Sit in waiting room almost two hours after appointment time. Exam $49. Lower than expected but extraction $650, very high. Previous dentist $200 for two extractions. And quoted $3500 for new dentures very high prices. I've seen billboards advertising dentures top & bottom $600-$1000. I paid $350 for top plate five years ago. I understand inflation but not that much.

Dr Eric Francom put a crown on two years ago. The crown fell off. Dr Good and his assistant advised the crown should not have fallen off already. However they will charge me a couple thousand dollars to repair the work. Both advised me there was not enough tooth left to attach the crown to. The previous work done was not done properly.
They can repair it for a couple thousand dollars. My choices are pull the tooth, have a bone graft, and a fake tooth or a root canal and a new crown. My insurance will only pay a small portion because they already paid once for the dental work.
They will not guarantee the work done by the previous dentist in the same dental practice. I will not be giving them anymore of my hard earned my. My insurance and I already paid once, will not do it again.
