everyone in the clinic treats patients with dignity and respect. would definetly recommend this doctor for all your dental problems for your entire family. 5 stars. i had absolutely no problems, and all the staff were extremely friendly.

If it were possible to rate zero stars, definitely would. Always have to wait at LEAST an hour any time we have ever brought someone here. Even moved our appointment today back one hour just that that we would still inevitably end up waiting a full hour in the waiting room. It's been forty five minutes past the appointment time so far and we got here about twenty minutes early. How's that for fantastic service.

The latest multiple appointments were from (I call him) Dr. Quack because he never did what I had asked him to do except have me go back (I live in Colorado City, not in Snyder) 3 trips to finally let me know that yes I in fact do need a root canal. He is the first dentist that has never put on a temporary crown after the root canal, but a filling that broke apart the same day had it on. Until they get a different dentist I do NOT recommend this place. I am now having to go to a real dentist to fix Dr Quack's mess up. Again I do not recommend this place until Dr. Quack is replaced.

Id give negative 5 stars if i could 3 hour wait and only one of my children got seen, I had to walk out. My appointment was at one time I arrived 30 mins before my appointment time, and still after 3 hours only one of my children got seen. WORSE PLACE EVER. Never have I been this long in a dentist office not even when they’d get procedures done. They kept taking in more people and gave zero efs for the appointment.

The worst experience ever. The first problem is every time you go there you should expect a different dentist. The last one was Dr.Sigh(spelling may be off), But I went in for a wisdom tooth extraction. There were some
complications so I went back in, he cut me back open then sewed my gums. During the process he hit my nerve. I notified him and he told me it was fine to lay back down. That night when the numbness wore off I was in agonizing pain and could not sleep. I went back when they opened and he told me he was going to have to cut it back open that he had tied my nerve up with my gums. He told me had to cut my gums back open to release the nerve and that this wold relive the pain. He sent me home with Ibuprofen 800 and Tylenol, said he couldn't do anything else. Worst experience ever.

My 11 year old son was very nervous and asked a lot of questions, as well as moving in the chair. They did a great job keeping patient with him, and answering all of his questions. While still being inefficient. Great work thanks!

Will definitely not go back to this dentist, I will stick to going to Gregory!!! I had an appt today and the front desk clerk did everything she could to push me away bc it was a Saturday!
This is the second time I’ve gone in with a Saturday appt and it’s happened both times!
Horrible experience. She ladies up front didn't even want to call and check with my insurance for coverage the lady up front was not helpful at all. Very unprofessional
