Worst dentist office ever! When I had my teeth cleaned they did not even use fluoride. They did not even get the tartar off of my teeth or polish. Worst staff, worst dentist ever.

My child was going to the dentist for the first time, and had a bad tooth (had hit it when falling off a bike and it became infected). Instead of doing a general exam (again, first time at a dentist), they only examined affected tooth, and took xrays. Made an appointment to have it extracted, and they refused to let my husband go back with him as he had our other child with him. My FOUR YEAR OLD had to go back by himself! They also didn't give him his tooth,which may not seem like a big deal, but it certainly was to a 4 yr old with his first lost tooth, excited about a visit from the tooth fairy. In the time between initial appointment and extraction, I had noticed a cavity; they refused to assess it and required us to make yet another appointment. Fine. We go to our third appointment, they determine that they need MORE x-rays and that we need to make ANOTHER appointment for treating the cavities!! We got our records, left, and went elsewhere. This place is an absolute joke.

Thankful for a kid friendly environment for my daughters teeth cleaning! She was nervous going in but quickly felt comfortable and thought it was neat that she got to wear sunglasses!

Yesterday I showed up at their door in desperate pain, but with no appointment. The receptionist was so kind and understanding. They got me right in! The assistant who did my xray was also very kind and even took a pound off when she weighed me because I had just had some water. 😉 The dentist looked quickly at my xray and mouth. My face was extremely swollen. She wasted no time in getting antibiotics and some pain relieving paste for me. They were a heaven sent answer to my desperate prayer! #lovesnydersmiles

Last Monday I went to smiles in Snyder to get a tooth pulled and this is what I got a $300 fruit I do not think they deserve not even one star my advice is don't go to smiles

We love Snyder Smiles... they take care of all of our dental needs here...the receptionists are so nice and helpful and willing to schedule appointments that are convenient for my family. Dr. Alekhya Patagaria is very nice, patient, and willing to discuss any treatment needed. She took the time to explain what was needed, and how it would be done, and any discomfort or side effects that may occur. I definitely reccomend her and all the treatment team at Snyder Smiles.
