Make sure you are in network & make sure you know exactly how much is going to be owed before you are seen & that includes the debit card fee!! The office was clean and updated, office staff was courteous and Dr. Navarro was a nice knowledgeable guy. But not being in network with any insurances definitely makes it hard on someone that lives on a budget. Surprise charges are very stressful.

It's never fun to have treatment done by a dentist that doesn't have the patients best interest at heart. I had my dentures done elsewhere an look like Cindy Lou who, I contacted Elite for a second opinion and to discuss why I was was unhappy and still hurting an bleeding after a month. I highly recommend this office they have knowledgeable friendly staff that eased my mind and agreed on a new plan, after my 1st visit I felt comfortable and satisfied and looking forward to the new changes. I also recieved a cleaning on my first visit and when you have had it rough before and come here an see Kelli your mind will be blown. It's so comforting to know there are true kind,genuine and loving people out there that make your bad days truly brighter. Awesome patient care, the hygienist I use is very professional, informative and great to have a conversation with. The Doc is amazing, you can tell right away he and his team know what they’re doing, they keep you comfortable through any operation or oral procedure and your mouth feels great afterwards! Sam my hygienist is the best!

Very pleased with this dental office. After having not gone to a dentist office for years, I walked out of there knowing I was in good hands. The staff was super friendly and very helpful, answered many questions I had, and ensured me that I would be taken care of. Sam Perez was amazing! He explained all the procedures throughly and gave me recommendations to help the process from home.. Definitely would recommend this dental office to anyone.
