Had a great experience today! Even while the facility is under construction, the staff go above and beyond to make sure clients are cared for efficiently.
Not being a fan of dentists, and avoiding them as long as possible, the staff didn’t make me feel nervous or scared at all. They were all so warm and kind. They explained everything they were doing while they were doing it so that I understood instead of talking around or over me and excluding me from my care. They even fit me into the schedule for a more extensive appointment to save me from having to come back for a separate cleaning on another day.
After the cleaning, they went over my treatment plan, scheduling, and checkout. Someone was with me every step of the way. I was never stuck in a room to sit and wait for the next available person.
For someone who has had terrible experiences at the dentist, this facility and staff made me feel welcome and at ease. I cannot express how relieved I felt in their care.

My wife has been a patient at Acre Dental clinic for the past several months. We moved to Texas from Maryland and tried several other clinics before trying Acre. My wife has several dental problems and wasn't satisfied with other clinics for a variety reasons. The first thing she noticed was how clean the office and waiting rooms are. I was immediately greeted by a friendly staff. The dentist explained everything to me in a way I could understand. The rooms are well organized and the dental assistants are attentive to her needs.
She said she has found a dental clinic she feels comfortable and confident in.

I was a new patient on my first visit and when I left, because of the manner in which I was treated,, I felt like the staff already knew me. I entered the facility and was immediately addressed by my first name,which helped with my ( no reason to have anxiety) which made the rest of my appointment very relaxed. My issues and concerns were addressed and my first procedure was conducted and because of the professional treatment I was afforded,my holiday season is going to be very pleasant and pain free. I have found my dental family.

I highly recommend this place. If I could add 5 more stars I would. I don't usually write reviews, but I was so impressed from everyone at Acre Wood Dental that I want others to know how caring, friendly and professional they are. From the receptionist, hygienist, to doctor they all made me feel welcome and I felt they really cared about my teeth. Thankfully, I didn't need any work done. Other than my routine check up and cleaning.
