Play room is very nice. Wait time is the usual for all dental offices. That's about 40ish minutes all together. Once you get back into the dental area it goes alot more quickly. They were very accommodating and patience with my rambunctious 2 year old. Definitely the best dental experience I've been apart of.

So I went to get my very overly active 3 year old to get her teeth done The staff was superior and very nice. I was overwhelmed because I had my hands full with trying to deal with my 3 year old and my 8 month old. I broke down in tears feeling as if the other parents were judging me. One of the staff calm me down and help me. Telling me everything will be alright

I've been bringing my kids to this office for years now. They have always taken very good care of them. The woman at the front desk, Gina, is very knowledgeable and friendly and always makes us feel welcome. I definitly recommend this office to anyone looking for great service.

My experience here when it was called Kool Smiles was not good. They had to do a root canal that I could feel the entire time, they tried to blame it on me having anxiety (I don't), me not having had a root canal before and being nervous (I've had 2 which they would have known had they reviewed my record at their office, I wasn't nervous), the crown doesn't fit well and is bigger than the tooth that was there, I also question whether I actually needed the root canal since they couldn't find any infection on the X-rays and I had the worst sinus infection I've ever had that likely lead to much of the pain I was feeling when I originally came to see them unfortunately they didn't tell me there was no infection on the x-rays until after they had done the root canal. Further they told me I needed a guard to wear at night and knew I was moving within weeks after getting it. So when it made my teeth hurt every night I wore it I couldn't return like they asked me to and have it adjusted. To top it all off over 6 months later I'm hit with an additional $100 bill ON TOP OF the $300 or so I already paid for this guard. My insurance explanation of benefits says that they need information to pay the claim in full and when I call to ask about the charge and why the information wasn't given to my insurance the woman on the phone starts blaming ME and telling me that I knew there was a balance if I knew they had to provide information. It's fairly common to get multiple explanations of benefits when information is needed, it doesn't mean I actually pay the amount in them, it means that the office has to supply the information needed and then the insurance pays everything. That the woman argued with me and tried to tell me I knew about the cost from those explanations from my insurance company was beyond frustrating. I wanted to know WHY THEY DIDN'T SEND IN THE INFORMATION. She refused to discuss that and instead kept saying that I knew about the charges. In the end I paid them because it wasn't worth the hassle of getting them to do their jobs and I've moved from the area so I can't go to the office that did the work and ask them to make it right. In addition to these things the first time I went there I literally sat in their waiting room for over 45 minutes past my appointment time when I arrived 30 minutes early like they asked. They claimed they were verifying my insurance benefits that entire time. I don't see how that's possible since it's a military town, I have military dental insurance and they should have been working with that insurance on a frequent basis. On one visit when I went because I was having pain (later found out it was likely due to one tooth being crooked and moving and forcing my other teeth to have pressure pains as they pushed up against each other) and was told to just get sensodyne and use it. They didn't try to find the problem or see why I was having pain. The sensodyne didn't work and when I returned to the office on another date and saw another provider they looked at me like I was nuts when I told them what their dentist had told me to do. The dentists here are still in training and I feel like many of them need more supervision than they get since they don't know what they are doing. I glad the military moved us away from here and I won't have to deal with this office ever again. I had planned to change dentist offices while living there but kept having pain and other issues that needed immediate attention on Friday/the weekend and they were the only place open that was a provider for my insurance that wasn't closed. I should have toughed it out and seen someone better.

I took my sister 2 months ago to the clinic. She needs teeth pulled ok, then They want to charger her over $1000.which she had Dental Quest for her insurance. Which they will pay up to 5 teeth pulled.Well that made us upset. She was in pain with a tooth and absences. The Dentist gave her nothing for that. I had take her to our primary doctor to get the medications. Then we make appointment to get her teeth pulled. We go to her appointment ( which is 36 miles from the house) then she see the dentist.the Dentist says they can’t pull them without her doctor tell them she fit to have them pulled.Cause she a Debetic. They will call her back when they get the note back. Primary Doctor said he sent right back to them. We wait for over a month and they still not call her to schedule her appointment. So, we had to call them for Appointment she still in pain. They finally get her appointment for April 10. They call her to cancel her appointments the Dentist has emergency .So, they have to cancel now they rescheduled her appointment for April 23.All this start in January. This clinic uncompetitive. Just because you changed the name from Kool Smile. They still don’t care about there patients!

JUBILEE DENTAL IS THE WORSE
When we moved to this town 2 years ago(military duty) I didn't know what dentist to use. So I just picked this office Jubilee, and the first impression was " how dirty it look inside, where they clean kids teeth" 😧
It was a total horrible experience with them. And now they keep sending me bills after bills of stuff my kids got done. Before they get anything done they made sure I payed on what the "insurance didn't cover"( I did) And now they keep sending me bills after bills from a year ago, because obviously I change dentist! And they keep sending bills that don't make sense... WORSE PLACE I EVER BEEN TO DON'T RECOMMEND!!

My experience with my five year old and two year old was the best ever. Everything went well and Evan Hensley was the best at keeping my five year old entertained while she got her first cavity filled. He’s the best!
