The cleaning was good the hygienist did a good job, but the dentist gave me a few recommendations and I have asked several times to the customer care team to send me the breakdown of the cost and they reply that they will email it and....no email as of yet, I have made 3 calls, 3 requests, got 3 promises to send it and zero follow through. I will be looking for a new provider
