Flynn Dentistry Kaysville (Robert M. Flynn DMD)

I am 46 and had my wisdom teeth removed last Friday. Dr. Flynn and his staff were great and made the process as comfortable as possible. My family and I will continue to use his office for our dental needs.

I've been going to Flynn Dentistry for nearly 15 years. The staff is excellent - very friendly, accommodating, and professional. Dr. Flynn is a good friend and an excellent dentist. They have a great appointment and reminder system that keeps you informed via text and email, which I really like. Highly recommended!

I took my son in to have his wisdom tooth removed. We made an appointment for the next day but we were able to reschedule for the same day. The appointment lasted an hour for the one tooth. My son was nervous but they were able to help him relax. The dental assistant and Dr. Flynn made sure we knew what to do for follow up. I am very satisfied with the appointment.

Just back from our bi-annual family checkups at Flynn Dentistry. I cannot say enough good about the Flynn Staff. Every person in the office is friendly, cheerful, skilled, gentle and kind. They are always willing to schedule our whole family in order to make it as convenient for us as possible. They are very patient and forgiving when schedule conflicts delay one of us. They have fun office contests and incentives that make it fun for us to come in. They even gave my son an iTunes gift card for his longer than usual wait due to extra care, not their neglect. (He will likely be a lifetime patient based on that gift alone :) Dr Flynn is always so considerate about the needed care, knowledgeable and determined to find the best treatment while understanding financial limitations and always giving multiple options. They get us in and through quickly without unnecessary waits and are so respectful of our time. I would drive a very long distance to bring my family to Flynn Dentistry because of the care we receive there, it is just a huge added bonus that they are so close to home!! The most important quality in a dentist, by far, is their technical competence, and from mine and my wife's experience, he excels in this area. One example is that I had a crown which popped off after almost 20 years and when he stuck it back on, it fit better than it ever had!

Another very important quality though is demeanor, and I would say he also excels in this area. So many dentists these days will hand you off with the administrative staff to discuss what procedures are needed and costs, something that I really don't like. I was very glad when Dr. Flynn personally summed everything up to me with what he found, what the options were, and what the costs would be for each. No bait-and-switch, which is how I've felt at other dentist offices.

A good dentist is one of the essentials in life and I'm very glad to have found one!

Dr. Flynn is excellent. The staff are great and the service is phenomenal!

Dr. Flynn isn't our regular dentist, but we were visiting and my wife broke a tooth. He was recommended to us and he fit us in after the last patient of the day. Excellent service.

I love Flynn Dentistry! The staff is so kind. I also love that they take the time needed for a good cleaning and to explain any issues/concerns they have with your dental health. I would highly recommend!

Absolute worst experience at this dental office.. Dr. Flynn numbed me for a root canal for a quarter of my Root Canal and then just had to bear the Pain of the rest of it. I was SOBBING. My husband was watching the last half and thought that it unreal how incredibly AGGRESSIVE he was with my whole entire head.. he was fuming!

Had a cap placed in another tooth they cracked off not even 6 months later. Staff was less that helpful when I let them know how upsetting the service was. WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND this Dentist. If I can advise please go anywhere else.

Every time I come here I'm greeted with smiles and great attitudes. Always helpful and ready to answer any questions I have. They always pay attention to each and every person I've noticed. Even though my family has had a large bill that was slow in being paid, they've never waived in their respect and quality of service. As far as Dr. Flynn, he's a professional with a fun personality. Quite the hoot when you meet him, but to the point that concerns business. A kind of homey and comfortable atmosphere in a nice neighborhood."
