Originally I really liked this office and the dentists but I've NEVER cared for their front desk staff. I work in a refinery/emergency services atmosphere so I don't always get notice before I'm called into work. I had an appointment set but I was called into work on the same day as the appointment. I called in as soon as I knew that I would not be able to come in for the cleaning. The front desk informed me that she would be charging me a no show fee because I didn't called 48 hours in advance. I'm sorry but I don't always know that far in advance if my work is going to call me in. I understand that they've got a job to do but sometimes there are legit reasons people CAN'T make the appointment. She was really snooty with me as if I was the plague of the earth. We won't be back.

Great hygienist! One of the most thorough but comfortable cleanings I have had. Ciara is really good. As a former hygienist, I am very discriminating and I would highly recommend her to everyone. The rest of the team is equally as good. This is a great dental clinic.

I'm not usually one for negative reviews, but I feel it necessary to share this.
My wife came to iSmile using a special groupon deal for teeth cleaning. They did a decent job, but told her that she had four cavities that needed to be filled ASAP. Upon going to another dentist for a second opinion, he said there were no cavities that were to the point of needed filling. We're never going back to this dental office.

I've been coming to this ismile for abt 6 years now and the doctor and hygienists are always personable and remember everything I tell them from my previous visit. They always seem sincerely interested in me as a person which is unique. I hardly have teeth issues, but when I do, getting them fixed has been easy

I was already super nervous for my checkup but as soon as I got there, the ismile team made me feel right at home! Very professional atmosphere and everyone is friendly! They did an amazing job and I will definitely be going back!!

We've had nothing but genuine care from iSmile in Kaysville. There are a few people left in this world that will do anything to help anyone, especially in a time of need. These are defiantly some of those people. Doctor Barton has accumulated an AMAZING staff there. Our experience all started with Mindy. She helped get us into their office when no one else would...several times! Their other receptionist Tamsen has been very polite and helped us with initial paperwork and scheduling. I've had my teeth cleaned countless times (just like most people) one of their hygienists, Sahiba, is absolutely outstanding with her extreme interest in her career. Sahiba cleaned my teeth and helped solve an ongoing issue I've had with gingivitis that other dentists wanted hundreds of dollars to fix. When it came time to see the "Doctor" he was so personable and thorough with his inspection. I will always go back to iSmile and I defiantly would recommend them to ANYONE!

I got a very short & rude phone call from a lady named Mindy. I have always had great experiences here so it was kind of off putting having someone sound very agitated over the phone. When I got there I met her which she must be newer since I always remember a nice gentleman there but she just was so short talking to me and I felt like I had done something wrong. Honestly after this experience I will not going back unless she is no longer there. It's already stressful enough for me to go to the dentist and she just made it 10x worse. I have never had a problem with someone being so unprofessional until her. I hope you guys can talk with her or something because I doubt I am the only person who this has happened to. It's just a shame because I really enjoy this clinic and everyone else.
