Such a great dentist office! Everyone there was friendly and made me feel completely comfortable. They even had an amenities list on the chair. Iβve never seen that at any other dentist office. They offered things like a massage chair, neck pillow, topical numbing cream, etc. I can finally say, Iβve found the perfect dentist office for me.

This is a review for my 76 year old mother in law, Paulette, who is a patient of Dr. Bateman. Paula had a stained partial denture, but they talked her into getting a new partial denture instead of just cleaning the old one. The new partial hasnβt ever fit in spite of multiple attempts to adjust it. Itβs been a year, and she now has a popping in her jaw, headaches, and symptoms of a fractured back tooth. Another dental professional said the impression and/or the lab work must be bad.
Bateman has refused to give her a full refund even though Paula canβt use the partial at all.
WE DO NOT RECOMMEND DR. BATEMAN.

I just got my implant done π₯³β€οΈtoday, by Dr. Swensen π. And I was very satisfied. Im in alot of pain, but that is normal for a surgery procedure and the medications will help with this,(I just need to make a trip to the pharmacist.π ). Iβm just soo glad that they were able to make my experience as smoothly as possible, So itβs definitely been great!! Dr. Swensen was very good and precise with the whole procedure, definitely knows his career π€©β€οΈπ₯³thank you thank you! I would totally recommend him to anyone wanting an implant ππ₯³

Absolutely love this office! Always a great dental experience. Everyone is so nice. Admin, assistants, hygienist and Dr. Bateman are the kindest. They offer different amenities for your comfort. Highly recommend, especially if youβre usually uneasy about going to the dentist. They will change your mind and offer a happy, comfortable and healthy experience.

Each visit is getting more predictable every time. Yes, I told them once, and now, they already know what I need to make me feel confortable. Itβs nice when you enter a doctor office, and before he/she comes, the staff already made you feel so confortable, that you forgot how freighting the dentist sometimes are. Right here I feel comfortable every time. And the most important thing, of all the times we have visited the dentist, we have always left the office without pain.
I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a new Dentist. They all are awesomeβ¦. Another visit, and another successβ¦ New crown on my tooth and it went so smoothβ¦ THANK YOU DR BATEMAN AND TEAM.

The whole team here is wonderful- from the receptionists, to the assistantβs.
I brought a few of my kids here to see Dr. Emery, to get a second opinion on some things that would have been costly if I were to have had the work done at the initial place they had been seen at. Our visit to Dr. Emery saved us HUNDREDS of dollars that would have been unnecessarily spent.
I feel confident that I have finally found a dentist I can trust, and one I can bring my whole family to!

I had a terrific first experience with Dr. Bateman and his whole team. I was far past due for a lot of dental work and am always hesitant to go in to the dentist. They did everything possible to make me comfortable a lot to provide a positive experience for me. The cleaning was the best I had ever had. While getting my crowns they provided so many amenities to choose from to help relax you. I will be going back for all future work.
