Worst dentist I have ever had the experience working with. Do not go to him!!!! I took the day off to have my wife's wisdom teeth taken out. They asked what dentist we typically use in the paper work. Gunnell's office did not contact our normal dentist to get a panoramic. He took his own and charged us for it. We scheduled an appointment to have her wisdom teeth removed and were told that they would be removed the day of the appointment. After they took the pano, my wife sat in his chair waiting for him for an hour. He then informed her that he did not have time to see her that day, and told us to come back another day. This all happened after I had taken the day off of work, and my wife had taken three days off for the recovery, because his office had said they would remove the wisdom teeth that day. The office had horrible business practices. They did not send the bill to insurance.Lance Gunnell is not a good dentist, and does not respect his patients, or their time schedules. I have spoken with others who have had similar problems. Do not use this dental practice.

Dr. Gunnell is a FABULOUS dentist! We live in Salt lake but drive up every 6 months just to see him as a dentist. His dental assistants are competent and actually know how to clean your teeth without making your mouth feel like a ton of bricks hit it or scrape off some of your gums while de-plaquing (True story, happened to me at a different dentist). he actually cares about you (and doesn't just write random stuff down and ask you about it 6 months later, he actually remember and cares. Fabulous dentist, great staff. worth the drive.

DO NOT VISIT THIS OFFICE! Completely unprofesional!!! We have insurance that they refuse to Bill! Why have insurance if the staff refuse to Bill them. They were very nice before they did any work. BAIT SCAM BEWARE!!!
