Gunnell Family Dentistry - Logan

Dr Clay Gunnell is an awesome dentist! He takes his time answering and explaining any questions you have so that you feel educated instead of being told what to do. His hygienists are great too and take the time to really get your teeth clean. I went to several dentists in box elder county that I wasn’t impressed with and making the drive up to Logan is definitely worth it. I would definitely recommend Gunnell Family Dentistry!

Dr. Clay Gunnell is by far the best dentist in northern utah. I have been a regular patient for a few years and I have never had a bad experience with him or his staff. All very friendly, professional and personable. They always take the time to educate/explain things so I can be comfortable and confident with any treatment that needs to be done. Since moving out of cache valley I have still chosen to make the longer drive to see Dr. Gunnell because I know I will be taken care of and that I can trust him with everything dental.

Ive been going to Gunnell Family Dentistry for about 2 years now and it has been nothing but a positive experience. I was a former patient of Dr. Lance Gunnell when I was at school at USU and now make the drive to the Logan office from Box Elder County. Dr Clay Gunnell and Dr Chad Gunnell are very thorough and will educate the patient so the patient can make the best decision for themselves. The staff are great and have a professional demeanor. Recently when I had a tooth ache I was able to get in the next day and have it checked out. I would highly recommend them to anyone of my friends and trust that they would taken care of by Gunnell Family Dentistry.

Recently had a cleaning. The hygienist was very thorough and asked several times how my teeth felt and if she needed to work on any areas. The staff was friendly and great to work with. I have been a patient for several years and appreciate Dr. Gunnell’s approach to dentistry. He genuinely seems to care about what’s best for my circumstances.

DO NOT COME TO THIS OFFICE.
Personnel is unprofessional & Uneducated. Bring your business somewhere else.
They rejected to offer service due to a medical condition. I went ahead and reported them to the ADA and the dentist association.
The main doctor was a joke and the hygienist a complete jerk. She even confirmed in front of the main "doctor" and the entire front desk personnel that she refused to perform dental cleaning on me. I asked for a manager, and they all refused to provide info or any help. Such a very bad practice for such business.
There are other places in Logan where they will treat you with respect and dignity.
The "professional" employees lack work ethic and professionalism.
They made me cry at the lobby and no one did anything to stop this abuse.
They don't follow OSHA rules. Let's start with the use of gloves.

Love this office! Having moved around a lot and visiting a new dentist every few years, I can confidently say this office stands out in a very positive way. The staff has always gone out of their way to make sure my kids are fit in when we have a concern, makes phone calls on our behalf to keep our charges covered by our insurance, has a thyroid guard for x-rays and doesn't give me a hard time that we are extra careful about x-ray exposure, and is willing to accommodate me in the ways I've asked to keep me more comfortable during a cleaning. On top of that, the staff is all just really nice! Dr. Gunnell is personable and does a great job communicating and treats us like we're people, not charts and possible charges. I came here because it was one of the few offices that accepted our insurance, but so happy with how it's turned out and glad we found them.

They are great! We brought our kids in for cleanings and everyone was so fun and nice. Our kids actually loved the dentist and they're 7 and 4 years old!!
They always do an awesome job on our cleanings and really do make everyone feel comfortable, even the kids.
I needed a filling and they did a great job on that too! Fast, great work. I had the filling done over a year ago and have no problems with it.
