If I could give them a 0 I would. Family dentistry is a joke. They want your money and if you are taking more time than they think they should spend on you to maximize their profits they are rude. I waited for 6 months for an appointment, my son and I were treated poorly and the doctor in what he called a “nice way” told me they wouldn’t see my son. So I asked if he was kicking me out and he said no, then said to me “you do understand we are not going to treat your son.” So I asked do I need to take him somewhere else and he said I guess so. And forced me and my son out, and “followed” my son and I out like we were criminals stealing from them.
