I avoided the dentist for years after a negative office manager experience at a different dentist office. I had a filling pop out a couple weeks ago and saw Serene Dentistry on an emergency visit and was so impressed I got a cleaning the next day. After loving my experience I got both my kids in and had the only filling between the two done the next day. The office is clean and the staff are warm as well as professional. I am grateful I don’t feel the need to avoid the dentist anymore!

I recently had a cleaning and some restorative work done at Serene Dentistry and was really impressed with the level of care I received. Diana, the hygienist, did an excellent job cleaning my teeth and explaining everything to me. And Dr. Bates did a great job on fixing my cavities. Both professionals were patient and thorough in answering my questions.
The facilities at Serene Dentistry are modern and clean, with TV's on the ceiling. I felt confident in the level of care I was receiving.

We are new to the area and loved how convenient the location was and how modern the facilities were. I have a small, two-year-old daughter that they all treated like their own. She LOVED getting her dental exam and did it without any issues while being able to watch “The Little Mermaid” on the TV on the ceiling about her chair. The entire staff was friendly, courteous and extremely helpful.

I had a great experience with Dr. Bates and Serene Dentistry. When I had to reschedule an appnt with my old dentist they were 5 months out for just a cleaning. I decided to try Serene dentistry and they were able to get me in the next week. From the moment I walked in the staff, assistant, hygienist, and Doctor were friendly and knowledgeable. I felt comfortable (I usually don't like going to the
