Serene is not normally a word I’d use to describe the dentist, but this office really does deliver on its name. The staff is calm, kind and friendly. Dr Bates takes his time to explain treatment recommendations and is open and honest. I’d recommend this office to anyone. They have evening hours or Saturday appointments so I don’t have to take work off to go to the dentist. They’re very accommodating. Even my kids feel comfortable around Dr. Bates. This office is perfect for the whole family.

I went to my first appointment with Dr. Bates and I'm glad I did! He is extremely professional and honest. For the first time in years I didn't feel like a dentist is trying to get me to have unnecessary work done.
His staff also provides a great customer service. I interacted with his receptionist, Laura, and assistant Joy. They were both very friendly as well.

Myself and my 2 kids went to Serenity dental and had a great experience, they were great with my 2 kids! My only experience with taking my kids was the dental staff using a toothbrush and floss, but they did a better job cleaning and were so great with them. I also have not had my teeth cleaned this great in years. They have the newest technology when it comes to dental. I would recommend Serenity Dental to anyone!
