Kristi the receptionist was amazing and for sure deserves a raise. She took the time to explain what problems I may be facing and how I could best tackle those problems. I could tell I was not wasting her time, instead she was genuinely invested in mine. She not only wanted to see my problem resolved through difficult insurance questions, but went above and beyond to make sure I knew the best approach and what can be done. Very grateful for her, very impressive work. Kristi and Dr. Bateman can't be matched as far as kindness and true passion for what they do. I never have come so close to tears in complete gratitude as I have with what they have done for me. I can't recommend this Dental Office enough. True angels work here.

I have been bringing my children to Dr. Joshua for the past 6 years and have had nothing but the greatest experiences. He is so great with the kids, very patient, understanding, explains to them exactly what hes doing, what they can expect every step of the way to comfort them best he can. He remembers personal things about them and the work he has done on all of them. I have and will continue to highly recommend him to anyone looking for a truly great pediatric dentist. We moved further away from his office but would not dream of trying to replace him as I think it's simply impossible. His staff is always great too. Rarely have to wait too long to get in or to see him during the appointment and when we have I know it's because he's giving the best care to each of his patients not just rushing them in and out. 10 out of 10 for sure!
