This needs to be negative 5 stars. My wife went to her follow up appointment to tell them that she didn’t not want any of the work done. They did not let her leave and insisted that she had to get the work done because she had already confirmed the appointment. Before this appointment they were suppose to let us know of all of the charges and how much it would be, which they did not. During the appointment my wife expressed to me how they were pulling on her face and jaw and making everything very uncomfortable and not being very nice at all. I do not recommend this place at all. They are very unprofessional and should be shut down.

He is a great dentist. I had to have extensive work done when I first came here and it has all held up very well and was all painless. He does a great job of numbing you without hurting you. All of the dental hygienists have been knowledgeable, friendly, and competent. I moved thirty minutes away and I still drive up here for all my appointments. The office staff are friendly and helpful.

We've been coming to Dr. Call since 2010 and we highly recommend him and his great staff. I am always welcomed by name as soon as I walk in the door. They all have an uncanny ability to remember details from what I've shared in the past. Not only are they caring, the cleanings are very well done and Dr. Call is gentle and thorough. In the past, I've felt like dentists have been overly aggressive in fixing every little thing in my mouth. I feel Dr. Call is thorough, watchful, and highly skilled so we (the consumer) reap the most benefit.

I've been a patient of Dr Call here in Orem for over 15 years and have been nothing but impressed with him and his team. The staff is friendly, works with my schedule, and I have full confidence that my teeth are in good hands.
My insurance company changed for 3 years and when it switched back, being able to go back to Dr. Call was like a breath of fresh air! Don't see myself going anywhere else!

He does such great work and I trust him when he tells me I need something done because most of the time he will just watch teeth and wont do anything unless it really needs it. His staff is super awesome and friendly. I would really recommend Dr Call to anyone looking for a good dentist.

My husband and I have changed dentists a few times until finding Dr. Call. He and his staff are kind, fair and gentle in their service. When I'm quoted a price they honor it. I do not do well with needles and fillings and Dr. Call's technique is painless and I do not see or feel the needle. Their office is comfortable (super clean and smells great!) and the assistants greet us by name (we only come twice a year). It's a positive experience for me each time. I highly recommend him!

Always extremely friendly and customer service oriented! Dr Call doesn't do or push "unnecessary" work, he is so great and I have full confidence in him! Sue, the receptionist, Amber, the hygenist, and all the staff have always been so wonderful. I've been coming here for at least 5-6 years now. Will never change dentists again if I don't have to. 😊

I love Orem Family Dental. I struggled to find a dentist that was a good fit after moving but I was referred to come here and I am so glad I did. I came for a second opinion and stayed because it makes sense. I have been coming here for years now. Dr. Call is so detailed, knowledgeable, and kind!
