Dr. Call is extremely knowledgeable. He’s caught a lot of things before they’ve turned into worse problems but I never feel like he’s performing unnecessary procedures. Very warm staff and friendly environment.

I have been coming to see Dr. Call for almost 3 years, and have had a great experience. Dr. Call is an amazing dentist!!! He and his staff really work around you and your schedule and accommodate the best they can. They are super friendly and helpful, they provide information and costs up front and explain everything really well. Dr. Call does a great job and ensures that you as the patient are comfortable when you come in for work to be done. Highly recommend Dr. Call and his team if and when you need dental work done!

I have been going to Dr Call my whole life, he is a great dentist and really takes care of you. All of the assistants and secretaries are really on top of what’s going on and so willing to help. I would definitely recommend going here for any needs! I’ve been going to them since 2002, but just recently for an implant and it’s been quite a process with orthodontists and endodontist, and James Call office has been amazing and made everything easier and clear. Thank you guys for all you do!

My son recommended Dr. Call and am I glad he did. I have had experience with many dentists over the years and he is indeed the best. The staff is great and really work with you with your insurance. Dr. Call is very conscientious, to put it mildly. The work he did for me was extensive and was laid out like a careful military strategy, covering 4 years to take full advantage of the insurance coverage. It included implants, root canals, crowns, and fillings. He usually offered 3 alternate solutions to each problem and we would discuss the pros and cons of each. Ultimately I would defer to his judgement, and he did not necessarily pick the most expensive route, but the one he felt would be the best solution for me. That was about 5 years ago and his work has held up beautifully! Meanwhile, our insurance coverage changed and we were no longer covered by a plan which Dr. Call's office accepted, so we are changing our plan so we can get back to him. The investment in our teeth is a big deal both financially and for quality of life and Dr. Call offers the best return for the lowest risk.

I came to Dr Call years ago after asking people for a dentist recommendations. Dr calls name came up over and over with stories of great experiences. The dental work is excellent. Their front office staff is amazing. First place I’ve gone where they’re proactive and figured out my billing correctly. You will LOVE the staff and the dentist. They work with you to make plans that are best for your time and finances. They always make sure I am happy understand clearly understand what is happening.

Dr Call has been my dentist for decades. He is very detail oriented and does great work. He also has a tremendous staff who take very good care of us and I would highly recommend Orem Family Dental to anyone

We have been coming to Dr Call for years. We’ve had dentists in the past that do work that wasn’t the best or maybe wasn’t necessary. We have young children and Dr Call is great to come up with the best solution and helping us to take preventative measures before we do work. He is great and a dentist that we would travel a long distance to see. The staff and office administrator are great to work with for billing and always put the clients first. I recommend Dr Call to anyone looking for a dentist and everybody I’ve recommended has agreed that he is the best.

I was pretty skeptical of all these high reviews, but after my initial visit, I can tell they are entirely warranted. The staff here is definitively friendly and professional, and you can tell that Dr. Call is a master of his craft. I’ve gone years without a dental visit because I had no confidence in the profession after some bad experiences, but I’m happy to say that Orem Family Dental has restored my hope, and I will happily take my family here for as long as we live within driving distance.

I love this dental office! It’s amazing! I have known dr. call for a long time and he is so friendly and hard working. He really values the quality of his patients. Also, I love the work environment. Everyone really cares about you, more than just your teeth! The administration is so kind and helpful!
