I am very impressed with this dental office. From the front desk staff to my dentist. But the one person who stood out was my dental hygienist, Cosette. She was so lovely and kind. She did an amazing job with my teeth & was able to educate me on any questions I had. She made this experience so much better than I thought it could be. Shout out to River Crossing Family Dental. :)

Dr. Peterson and staff do an excellent job. They have helped our entire family with regular maintenance, root canals, crowns, fillings, orthodontics, tooth extractions, and have been able to see us for painful, urgent situations very quickly and with great care. One of our children has quite a bit of anxiety and recently needed help removing a baby tooth that had broken. Dr. Peterson was able to fit us into the schedule the same business day and not only removed the broken tooth pieces but also 2 other baby teeth that were ready to come out at the same time. It relieved a lot of stress and traumatic situation for our child. We have confidence that we will be treated fairly, kindly, and with comfort. We're very happy to have found River Crossing Dental.

I had a great experience with the Hygienist, Cosette. She was great! She explained everything she was doing very well. She was super nice and was very professional. Highly recommend along with the whole staff at River Crossing Family Dental.

The staff was nice and accommodating. Both the dentist and dental hygienist were in tune with my needs throughout the procedure making me feel comfortable.

The root canal treatment in this dental clinic does not feel painful at all, especially during the process of administering anesthesia. The doctor is very professional and makes me feel very at ease during the treatment and there will be no pain. Then with the help of his assistant, we Together for more than three hours performed root canal treatment and crown on my tooth that has been cracked for many years, and cleaned up the large swelling of suppuration. I know this is difficult. The doctor in Tennessee said this many years ago Teeth can only be extracted surgically! But Dr. Hoopes is very skilled and the assistant Tanisha is also very professional and patient.
I highly recommend it. Here I realize that Dr Hoopes is also very skilled in tooth construction. This dentist is really trying his best to save my teeth, thank you very much!

This Dental office is amazing! Dr. Peterson and his staff are the best to work with.. Always so welcoming and friendly. We have been a patient of his for around 10 years and I highly recommend Dr. P and his staff for all your dental needs. Aylla his office manager is always so helpful and is a friendly face to see as you walk in. Thank you River Crossing Dental for everything we love you all and your office.

I have been to a lot of Dentist Clinics in the past but I have to admit that River Crossing has been by far the best. And a perfect example of this has been Marlayia, the level of care and atention to detail that she has provided me has been far beyond my expectations. Overall the whole team is honestly top notch and you can see and feel that they do indeed take their work seriously.

Writing a review for my mom:
My mom wanted to replace her retainers since they were so old. At first, when she came into the office to retrieve them, nobody asked her to try them on and they might have thought that she was good to go. It was a good thing that she tried them on because the bottom did not fit. So she came back again another time. For the second time, they took her to the back and forced them onto her teeth. When she came home (because she can only be away for so long during her break in her work-from-home), the retainers would not come off at all. In the end, she finally got them off but it left her bottom left row of teeth feeling really sore. I got called the office to let them know because the entire experience for her was painful, uncomfortable, and inconvenient because she had to take extended periods of breaks from work in order to come into the office. The receptionist couldn't offer any sort of compensation for my mom but a $10 gift card. Not the best resolution to this. We do not even regularly use whatever the gift card is for. Other visits have been okay.

Dr Peterson is always amazing! And I met a lovely person her name is Cosette, and I’d was amazing!! I had the best time with her and she was very gentle

I have seen Dr. Peterson and his staff for over a decade now and have always had great care. Marlayia has been my hygienest for several years and always takes care to be thorough and friendly.
