Dental staff is great, office staff is horrible. Cannot get billing straight, poor customer service. Rachael is absolutely horrible. They will bill your insurance, bill you, threaten collections, collect from the insurance then refuse to refund you the money they owe you. They don't call back and will hang up/put you on hold indefinitely. Awful business etiquette and has devolved into pushing Botox and other vain cosmetic treatments, I can only imagine plastic surgery and breast augmentations are next on the menu. Far from the family practice that Dr. Bjork ran. Most of the positive reviews were paid movie tickets to leave a 5 star review. The grossly incompetent staff will go as far as to block your number if you disagree with them and refuse their poor explanations.

Friendly Environment! Everyone is so friendly! They talk with you! They make you feel comfortable & they break everything down to you.. Easy to book appointments and easy to understands things can’t wait to see how my kid’s appointments turn out!

I was seen for my first appointment this week. Which was scary!! I've always hated the dentist but since I choose to get the dreded check up done. Which went really well!! I feel so cared for and a sense of ease!! Which is really awesome because through my life I've always had hard dental work.. I like my sweets!! :) Well only a week since my first visit and I've been called to take a cancelation appointment to get some of my more ( ugly if you will ) work done :/ :/ really made me feel cared for that they thought of me out of all people on the list of people that could get work :) :) Thank you so much Midland Dental!!! It's weird to think I can finally look forward to getting into the dredded dentist!! I definitely recommend going here if you thinking to get any dental needs done!!

Great dental work staff is great, my only complaint is I swear my billing is messed up every time I go in there. My insurance is kind of weird but I don’t think it should be this hard for them to straighten out, I have been a patient for two years now. Again staff is great but please figure out how Humana dental works with BCBS federal.

The staff and Dentist were so nice even though my daughter was scared and wouldn't let them touch her teeth we found a way to get the appointment don't and she wasn't too upset. 5 stars definitely and I definitely recommend seeing them!!

I was very insecure going in to get a exam done the dentists an all assistants did everything to make me comfortable and were not judge mental. I left very happy with my experience.

The staff is so nice and friendly! I got taken back as soon as I arrived and was in and out and didn’t have to wait. They communicated everything very well and were fast and efficient.

Friendly! Everyone was so nice and I mean everyone. We were able to schedule an appointment right away and the Doctor was able to address my son's issues right then. They have large spacious rooms and you don’t feel like your in a coffin. It was a very nice experience. Competent and knowledgeable staff made us feel very comfortable. Through. I am glad we found them. We will be taking our other children there to.

Definitely recommend! Came in today and i have an appointment for tomorrow! Maddy is super nice and efficient!

Been going here for 4+ years and have recommended all my siblings. We have all had a great experience. My kids enjoy coming here and the staff is great with them. I grew up with negative dental experiences and midland has been great to help me trust (nearly enjoy 😃) the dental experience again as an adult!
