Found I had a cracked tooth and been experiencing pain and tooth needed to be pulled, dentist wouldn’t make time today to pull it. So I have to live with the pain for awhile. Appointment for today was for an emergency visit, so disappointed . They have an excellent hygienist though.

Before I went to Midland Dental for a first time, I asked around about the practice. Most individuals were not happy about their practices, saying they over-billed, they caused more damage than they fixed, and were unprofessional when confronted. However, one friend gave a decent review and I decided to try it out for my family since they are literally "just around the corner." HUGE REGRET! They UNDERESTIMATE PAYMENTS and are UNWILLING to accept any responsibility for errors.
I rarely, if ever, post negative reviews, but I have never felt so BELITTLED and ABUSED as I did at Midland Dental. My family and I will never go back. In one visit for my son and me, I have paid MORE MONEY in "left over bills" to them than I have in my previous 10 years with my former dentist. I will be returning to him.

Office manager hangs up on you and threatens to call DCFS on you without knowing my daughter's history of having a problem with her teeth. Which causes issues. Build up plack teeth darling breaking.it is also highly against the law to file false claims. Hygienist thinks she can tell you how to raise your kids when she has none of her own. .Dentist just let his hygienist yell at me andy daughter as he sat on his butt in another room. I took my daughter back for a tooth that he fixed just 2 months ago and filling was falling out.

I have never been so impressed with any other Dentist office or Medical provider. I had a crown break they got me into the office the next day, and fixed my problem immediately. They were very on top of making sure that absolutely all of my needs were met. Worked with me financially and at very good cost. I would highly recommend Midland Dental for all of your needs. They did an amazing job and I am so glad that I went directly to them.

I have been going to midland dental for almost a year now. I am very satisfied.
I have had moderate health problems for over a decade and it has started killing my teeth. I have not felt judged, or looked down upon by anybody at this office for the state of my teeth.
The staff ensures I am completely numb for procedures, and believe me when I tell them the Novocain didn’t work. I have never had an office listen when I say “I can feel that” like Midland Dental does.
As if that wasn’t enough, they work with you on payments, and once again do not judge if you don’t have a spare $500 till payday.
I cannot recommend Midland Dental enough!

My son chipped his tooth and they stayed open while I was driving to get him there.

I've been going to Midland dental for over 5 years now. Dr K and Dr Bjork have both done work for me and it has always been exemplary work. The hygienists are always kind and do excellent work as well. I've had issues with my insurance company and the Dr.'s have been more then helpful and accommodating in helping solve the issues and making sure that I was covered for my procedures. I would highly recommend giving Midland dental a visit if you arent happy with your current dentist or dont have a dentist.

That staff was amazing. So kind, and took their time to answer all questions. I will definitely be going back
