We had a slight inconvenience with my 90 yr young mother-in-law... she has a loose bottom tooth she was pulling at it wanting her son and I to pull it out for her but instead I promised we'd get her in the next day to a dentist somewhere, somehow..... well majority of the appointments were available the next week except two were taking new patients and could see her the next day. They were very pleasant and patient and come to find out she was worst then we expected and had to have 10 bottom teeth surgically removed ... so they worked out something reasonable with us ...which is unheard of these days... They were very professional but still treated us like humans instead of Dollar sign $$$$!!!!! They were amazing.... she didn't have to be put under and was able to tolerate it till the end... the dentist did an amazing job in every way possible...The staff all work together like I've never seen before ...and ive been to many many dentist in my life time and this was the very best of them ALL!!!! Thank you all for your kindness and patience with our family 😊😊P.S. SHE IS DOING WONDERFUL😊

Dr Howe is extremely personable and competent. His hygenist, Diane, is fantastic. The office staff greet us by name and are always interested in how we are doing.I always feel well taken care of.

I’m sure this place would be great for basic dental work, but my experience with dental implants ended up being the most frustrating and draining experience I’ve ever had with a dentist office. Between the multiple miscommunications and having to have the work redone I would not recommend Roy Dental Care.

Ideally, you'd never see the inside of a dentist office....ever. That being said, if you do ~have~ to go, this is the place. In my experience, they've been flexible with scheduling and payment arrangements, the staff is friendly and considerate, and the dentist (Dr. Whitaker) took the time to call me several hours after a procedure and ask how I was doing (in terms of any additional pain/symptoms). They also have yet to try to bill me based on a messed up insurance claim. That last point is a big deal. Most offices would tend be like "Eh, you need to call and figure that out with your insurance". The office manager here (Colette) takes the better approach and says "Let me call the insurance, and I'll work it out with them".
