Dr Miller is great and puts you at ease. He took care of my wife and I very well!
The hygienist was pretty heavy handed, practice and time will take care of that. I was however told by the hygienist that insurance would cover fluoride, but insurance almost never covers it for adults. I feel the office is being cheap with it too, since they don’t use trays to keep the foam on your teeth.

My family and I have seen Dr John Miller regularly twice a year for over ten years. He’s a very pleasant person and takes care to recognize our concerns and address them accordingly. His staff gets us checked in, prepared, and teeth cleaned prior to Dr Miller seeing us. When he enters our room he welcomes us and asks about any concerns then performs his inspection. His time with us is brief but efficient. What I like about Dr Miller is that he doesn’t try to sell us a bunch of extra products and services nor does he suggest or perform unnecessary procedures. I’ve had bad dentists and heard nightmare stories about such dentist that regularly perform unnecessary dental work and do horrible work and bill for things not done. This is not how Dr Miller runs his practice. I am confident that he will guide me correctly in my dental care, will treat me properly, and will do so professionally. The only issues that we’ve ever had were a couple of minor billing issues that were quickly and easily resolved. And today I waited for over 40 minutes to get called back to a room. This has never happened before as his staff is usually very punctual with appointed times. But once I was in a room I was out very quickly. This, in my opinion, was a one-off occurrence and it does not affect my five-star rating of Jordan River Dental. In summary, I highly recommend Dr John Miller to anyone looking to establish dental care with a new provider.

My family has been patients now for at least 15 years. Probably 20. Jordan River has always been timely efficient and they've done a very good job. A few minor things over the years but overall couldn't do much better. So it actually give 4.5 or 9/10 but that's really really good. No problems or concerns of any real significance. And their fees are reasonable.

Absolutely trust my teeth with Dr. Keefe! He is skilled, knowledgeable and has an amazing sense of humor. I have had several interesting circumstances with my teeth and he has always been diligent to resolve or figure them out.

Dr. Miller and his staff are exceptional. They have treated my husband and I and at least 5 of our adult children for the past 7 years. Their front office, back office and of course Dr. Miller have taken excellent care of us.

I had a tight schedule and Michelle and Dr. Wells had me out of there fast. Same excellent care I've been receiving for 17 years, just double time. I was able to get my daughter to her appointment as planned. Thank you!!

I always look forward to my dentist appointment. I love the atmosphere and the nice people. I always have a really great experience and most importantly, they provide excellent dental work.

I love Jordan River Dental. They have state of the art equipment, crazy thoughtful processes and accomidating customer service. I moved to Utah County a few years ago and changed my medical doctor but still go to Jordan River Dental to see Dr. Keefe!!!

Liked the hygienist who cleaned my teeth ..she gave me feedback on where I was doing a good job cleaning them and 1 area I was missing...very helpful.also liked her recommendations for toothpaste that suited my needs. My husband happened to accompany me that day and she was able to get him worked in with an available hygienist that day instead of returning in a week which is when his appointment was set for. Quick and efficient that day much appreciate that so we could get out and on with our errands.

I have been coming to Dr. John Miller for the past 17 years, after a referral from a coworker. Prior to coming to Dr. John, I was terrified of the dentist and dreaded it every time. Now I consider him a friend and he always is happy to allay my fears and take care of all of my dental needs. I’d recommend him to anyone!
