My hygienist was excellent and very patient and thorough. I hadn’t been to the dentist in over 2 years and she help me feel at ease. They had state of the art X-rays which made it easy to see your teeth up on the screen. The dentist was very informative and answered my questions.

Dr. Hall got me in same day for a dental emergency. I really appreciated it as I had been in a lot of pain. I also do my cleanings and regular exams with Dr. Rowe and he is very good and takes good care of me and my son. The hygienists and office staff are very friendly. I would highly recommend Hallmark Dental Group.

I was completely satisfied and loved everyone at the clinic. I went in for a routine cleaning and had to get fillings. No pain no discomfort. I leave after getting those and can’t even eat on the left side of my mouth. After I got several fillings I was having pain in one of the teeth that was filled. I went back and was told by Dr. Hall that due to my filling being too high that there was nerve damage and if the pain didn’t go away after two weeks(the filed it down and told me to take ibuprofen) that I would need a root canal. Now it’s been about 3 weeks and still in pain when eating and drinking anything hot or cold. I called and even though it was verbalized that it was their fault they will not fix the problem at their expense. If it would have been said that it’s possible I needed a root canal(which is what they’re claiming now) I would have gotten that instead because I knew my work insurance was running out. Now I’m absolutely dissatisfied and will not recommend this dental group to anyone.

I have had at least a dozen Dentists in my life time. I can usually tell if I'm going to have a good experience or a bad experience by the number of times the Dentist or assistant clangs teeth on the way in and out of my mouth with their tools. I had a very good experience at Hallmark Dental. :)

First time going here and it was a good experience! Everyone was very friendly and knowledgeable. I do not like going to the dentist at all, but the dentist and dental assistant were really funny and made me laugh, so I felt more at ease.

My experience at Hallmark dental was a good one.Dr.Rowe had done some work on my teeth in the past at a different facility and did what I considered to be one of the best jobs Ever and did another great job this time! The staff was very professional and very nice to me!

Dr. James Philips was horrible. He told me I needed a filling, and then while doing it, he ignored me when I said that Lidocaine doesn’t work on me. Even after 6 injections he refused to try another anesthetic, even though the office had other options. He was very dismissive when I told him about my underlying conditions. He rushed through the process stating that he wanted to get it done quickly so he could go home. He didn’t speak to me and only spoke to the dental tech, even asking her if she thought I was numb and just faking it. It’s been 6 months since my filling, and I’m now having to get a root canal because the filling he did was unnecessary and done incorrectly, which has left me with pain that wakes me up and makes it very painful to eat or drink.
