Today my son was running around with his cousin and fell face first on the hardwood floor. He chipped his tooth at the Gumline and was bleeding pretty bad. Having it be thanksgiving weekend and being out of town, we could not find a dental office open. Plumb Dental had an emergency line with their office being closed for the day. Where Stephanie responded quickly to our voicemail with sincerity and wanting to help. Within an hour we were in the office with her and Dr. White, getting my sons teeth fixed. He needed two extractions done, we were so nervous but they were so welcoming and calming to the situation. They went above and beyond what their Job titles consist of, to help our a 4 year old in pain! They played music from frozen, out a blanket on him, explained everything to him at his own level, and created a very friendly warming environment. Everything went great! Also, hours later Stephanie reached out to us to check on our kid and make sure he was doing okay, even though today was supposed to be her day off. I am so grateful to have had such a great experience I will always recommend and be thankful to plumb dental. Thank you.

My family and I have been patients at Plumb Dental for over 4 years. I have only had my teeth cleaned with regular check ups until this past week. I had a dental emergency with excruciating pain. Dr. Plumb and his staff responded quickly to my plea for help by working me into their already busy schedule. Everyone was so great. They remained calm, confident and positive through my pain and desperation for relief. I'm happy to report that I am no longer in pain since the problem was treated professionally and quickly. The dentist has never been my favorite place to go, so when I was told I needed a crown to repair a broken filling, I was not looking forward to it (to say the least). However, my experience with Dr Plumb has drastically changed my view of how dentistry should be performed. The process took approx an hour from start to finish, the results are AMAZING, the match is perfect and the entire experience was practically pain free. My experience with Dr Plumb and his staff has changed forever how I will think of needing dental work for the better. Had my teeth cleaned today. Bronwyn is incredible. A real professional that is kind, friendly, and very thorough. My teeth always feel and look terrific afterwards! The procedure was painless as always and she even makes getting dental X-rays a breeze! Highly recommend her and Plumb Dental for all your family’s oral hygiene and dental care!! Great staff!
