I've been a patient of Dr. Leavitt’s for years. He’s very kind and informative! His staff is awesome. I walk in after a year or year and a half and Mary always calls me by my name! I move 30 miles away but still make the trip because he’s who I trust with my teeth

Southern Utah Dental has been out dental provider for many years! We have so much good to say about them- Dr Kahle Leavitt is very kind/ empathetic/ knowledgeable and honest- all of his assistants are very personable and knowledgeable- Mary and the front staff are all great and so nice as well!! Highly recommend- and they are still growing with their most recent addition of Dr. Chase Frei.
