VIP Smiles Dental

Really great experience. I've been going here for at least 15 years. They're always friendly and professional. I visited for a checkup and cleaning. Kaylee and Bailey were awesome. Then today I returned to have some work done. I was very nervous and Skylar was very patient and explained things well. Dr Shad is always personable and does a great job!

I came here because the reviews were so great. They definitely backed all of that up. The staff here is amazing. They treat you awesomely, are very punctual, and provide amazing service. I had my teeth whitened and a cleaning. They were very professional and kind. I would recommend VIP Smiles to anyone!

We love Dr. Shad, all the hygienists and assistants! They have done wonderful work on my husband, he's never complained of any pain or mishandling. They treat my 2 yr old like a little star and are extremely understanding of how the dentist can be a scary experience so they don't push her and instead try to create a positive experience. That means a lot to me as a mom, I know my family's teeth are safe with VIP Smiles!

Always a pleasure to have work done with Dr. Shad, Cami and Team and the dentist has never been my favorite place to go. I appreciate the extra care given, great packages offered and especially Dr. Shad’s jokes and all the happy smiles. It is clear this office enjoys their work and it shows in how they treat their patients.

VIP Smiles was awesome! I had a retainer problem, they got me in quickly, gave me options, and made sure to be very upfront with pricing and cost. All of the staff was friendly and easy to work with. I had a very positive experience with them.

I love VIP smiles! I had my first crown on Friday and the explained everything really well. I had no pain and the appointment went smoothly. No one loves the dentist , but they really are amazing. I had a spot that was rubbing my tongue and they took care of it. I love that their goal matches mine of no pain!

These are the nicest Dental people I have ever encountered.. Very pleasant, and knowledgeable. My teeth are not the best but they never had one negative thing to say.. Got my exam and my cleaning .. Very nice place.. Happy I found them..

Amazing! I can’t thank VIP SMILES ENOUGH.
My son called my at work in tears with a horrible toothache and it was was wisdom tooth that was hurting him. To top it off it was the afternoon of Dec 23. I thought there is no way we’re going to get in anywhere and even the slight chance we can get it, nobody will be able to do much. Well, after a few no answers or being told NOPE and basically hung up on. We called VIPsmiles. They told us to come in and they’d see what they can do. Within an hour of arriving my son was getting prepped for extraction. Mr Ingram Sr. Was gracious enough to leave whatever he was doing at home to come take care of my boy. Of course my son was nervous with it being a wisdom tooth and the stories he’s heard. Mr Ingram had the tooth out within minutes. My son didn’t even know he started working on it yet. Afterwords he told me how easy it was and he was worried for nothing. He didn’t feel a thing and asked if he can get his other 3 wisdom teeth taken out at VIP. (My answer was, yes absolutely).
The friendly and personable dentist and son of Mr Ingram Sr was the one who first assessed his tooth and told us our options. The entire experience was beyond my expectations, specially on such a short notice. The staff was friendly and caring even though I wouldn’t have blamed them if they were annoyed for keeping them after closing before Christmas holiday. I didn’t feel rushed for one second. I’ve had not so pleasant experiences with dentists in the recent past but VIPSmiles staff changed all that. I’m definitely switching myself and my family. If you’re looking for a new dentist, you won’t be disappointed trying VIPSMILES.
