EDIT: I'm editing this because the last time I visited was probably the first time in 6 years that I didn't have a panic attack/mini-panic attack before visiting the dentist (not anyone's fault here, the cause of my fears was a really bad prior experience at a different place/state entirely), and that's because of your continued care and kindness. I wanted to add that. It took me a bit to get there, but it was a lovely feeling. Wishing everyone well, and to anyone reading this, they really are fantastic, from the front desk to the rooms and out, you're taken care of.

Very happy w/ my Mom's dental appointment w/ Dr. Schramm. She is 92 & Dr. Schramm & his assistant were very gentle & made her feel very comfortable. I am so glad that we were able to get into this dentist, as she is a new patient. Thank you so much!

Other then the assistant who was pleasant yet seemed very hyper and at times talking over the dentist made it confusing for me to hear or understand what he was trying to explain to me. Aside from that it went great and the dentist was quiet spoken and calm and did a great job telling me things as he went along when uninterrupted. I have anxiety so I appreciated his calmness.
My second visit was better and more calm and quiet though I could have gone without being told what someone wore on their day off, it left me feeling perplexed as well as my wife, as to why that was even brought up.
My third visit was terriffic! Not with to many questions or conversations or t.m.I being shared I feel younger generation need to realize older generations may not have the same interests in conversations that they want to have.
For example: I'm a old married man I have no interest that the assistant wore her bikini all day. So for her to share that with me/us perplexed me and my wife. As it had nothing to do with the procedure.
Anyhow an amazing difference it was for me last visit again was quiet calm and I was in and out in no time the dentist and his assistant are a good team! Thanks for caring about my concerns and taking care of my dental needs pleasantly and professionally!

First visit to this dentist for my 8yo daughter, Ashley and Dr. Tara Symancyk made her so comfortable. When she expressed discomfort or fear they gave her options and didn't rush or force her. Really wonderful, and everything was clean, bright, organized, and on-time.

My dentist knows that I worry about even the tiniest twinge of pain so she gives me just the right amount of novocaine. She chose a type that isn't long lasting so I was able to eat lunch very soon after my dental procedure. Her assistant, Beth, is very personable and the two of them work well together as a team.

I am a new patient to this dental office. I also had several extractions today. From the first visit, to the procedure I had today, the staff were incredibly friendly and professional. Dr. Klampert did the procedure quickly, and had no pain whatsoever. I highly recommend this dental office to anyone who needs work done. This is being said by a big ole scaredy-cat of dentists!!
