Everyone was so kind and helpful. From making sure my insurance covered the visit, to scheduling, to the the teeth cleaning, to fixing my chipped tooth, everything was a breeze thanks to everyone I got the chance to interact with!

Rui (pronounced Ray, dental hygienist Queen), Fatine, Dr Han, and all the team at Centreville Family and Cosmetic Dentistry are exceptional. If you’re looking for a dentist office that will make you feel confident about the work they’re doing, comfortable and safe in situations that can be scary, and truly taken care of, this is the right place! I will always trust them to do and know what’s best for my teeth and gums. Can’t recommend them enough!

Everyone, from the office staff, to the hygienists, to the Doctor are so kind, friendly, and gentle. I let them know before my first appointment I had a lot of anxiety about going to the dentist, and they’ve really calmed my fears. Highly recommend!

I've been a patient at this practice for almost 20 years (under Dr. Jones) and have loved how they have taken care of their patients (welcoming and personable) over the years. Dr. Jones retired and a new young dentist (Dr. Han) took over in 2021. He has made some welcoming changes (technology, additional front desk personnel, new equipment and the look and feel of the office) that has enhanced the patient experience. The important thing is that he hasn't compromised the patient experience (welcoming and personable) built for many years by the retiring dentist (Dr. Jones). I was skeptical of the change in dentists but have been put to ease by the patient experience not changing much from what I am used to. 5 stars in my book!

I have been going to centreville family dentistry for almost 10 years, originally to see Dr. Jones, and now to see Dr. Han. I have always had an exceptional experience. I especially enjoy seeing and catching up with Joyce. While being at the dentist is usually not fun, her warm and calming demeanor always puts me at ease. Highly recommend!

I had been going to Dr. Jones' office for years, and I'm happy to see the quality has not changed since Dr. Han took over (there's even new technology to explore)! Dr. Han is very efficient, but still personable, and answered every question I had after his inspection after my cleaning. My hygienist, Rei, did an amazing job as always. ;)

I'll definitely be back in 6 months for my next cleaning!

Dr. Han and his team do a great job of making patients feel welcome and informed about their dental health. I didn't feel pressured at any point to make any decisions regarding my care and I could tell Dr. Han and his team do everything they can to make their patients comfortable and happy with their care.

The front office staff are friendly and great at giving post op instructions. They make the transition in and out of the examination rooms really pleasant and easy.

My dental hygienist Joyce was a delight to speak with. You know how you can't really talk much when someone is working on your teeth? She somehow knows the perfect balance to keep conversation interesting even if I couldn't respond too much to her. Probably due to her 30 years of experience as a hygienist! She explained every step of her process to me in simple terms. Ask her about her pet horse!

Afterwards Dr. Han came in to check out my teeth and didn't find any glaring issues. He was calm and very informative about my dental health.

I opted to get my teeth whitened and returned to the office 2 hours later and received the exact same high level of care when I returned by Fatine who was also really great. I was incredibly pleased by the results of the teeth whitening procedure. It's still hard to believe my teeth are this white!

Dr. Han and his team have earned my trust and relieved any nervousness I had about a dentist's office visit. Will definitely be back in 6 months!

Dr. Han, all of the dental hygienists, and the front desk are very nice and knowledgeable. All hygienists I've had are very thorough, gentle, knowledgeable. Thank you Kelly, Ray and Joyce. (Practice was previously owned by Dr Neil Jones (Famiky Dentistry) until he retired towards the end of 2021). We highly recommend this dentist and his team. Thank you!

This was the most pleasant dentist experience I've ever had! The dental staff was friendly, efficient, and extremely transparent about treatments and costs. Every other dentist I've gone to instill a lot of fear and try to sell me on unnecessary treatments, but Dr. Paul Han reassured me that all my dental "concerns" shouldn't be concerns at all. The staff uses new and innovative technology to provide a comprehensive dental analysis to reaffirm and validate all of their recommendations. The staff was very honest with their recommendations, provided referrals where needed, and made sure to check whether my desired treatments were covered by insurance.

I really appreciated the transparency of information and I will definitely be keeping Dr. Han as my primary dentist!
