Dr. Han & the office staff are welcoming & personable. They accommodated my need for a quickly scheduled visit for diagnosis & a follow-up visit for a procedure. The procedure went well & healed well. Dr. Han followed up with me via phone call that evening just to check in on how I was. He has a very good manner & is willing to listen & explain. The office staff is a pleasure to work with also.

I went back to give this place another try as I was (honestly) trying to research another dentist I could switch to but I’m so happy I came back here! The office staff is amazing - they’re so easy to schedule with, talk to and answer all the questions honestly. Kaile was my assigned hygienist and I absolutely loved having her clean my teeth. She is so gentle yet thorough and patient. I was able to ask both her & Dr. Han questions I had and they genuinely addressed my concerns.

This visit was a complete 180 in my opinion and I’m actually very satisfied and happy! Definitely recommend!

(2 star rating) I’ve been going to this dentistry for20+ years with no complaints but recently it changed to a new practice owner [since the previous dentist retired :( ]

That being said; my most recent visit was not the best.
1. The Dentist wasn’t even present for my visit. He was out for a conference which I wish I would’ve been notified about prior to my appointment. Instead, I was told the doctor wouldn’t be able to see me once I was already seated in the chair for my cleaning with the hygienist. If I’m paying for a visit to the dentist I expect to see the dentist and have him check my teeth. If the dentist is unavailable due to an emergency I understand however a pre scheduled conference is not a valid excuse IMO for a patient not be notified especially when we are still paying the full amount of a dental visit. This same issue happened with my Mom so it sounds like this is a reoccurring issue

2. I personally made an appointment and requested a specific dental hygienist but for whatever reason my appointment switched on me and I didn’t know I got rescheduled with someone else until I arrived for my appointment.

For issues 1 &2, throwing this at the patient once he/she arrives at the dentist’s office is not fair. I couldn’t help but feel this was intentionally done since it’s rare for someone who already took time out of their day for a scheduled appointment to walk away just to get back on the calendar. I was blindsided and at that point had no option but go through with the appointment.

3. I did not have a pleasant experience when getting x-rays completed; in the process my lip got pinched and the pain has lasted a couple days post appt.

Overall the staff is friendly and I appreciate their positive attitude. They also have refreshments for your way out which is nice.

Totally professional from the moment I called to make my appointment. The front desk was very knowledgeable about my insurance and friendly. The hygienist was great too, gentle yet thorough. Dr. Han was extremely professional and nice. I highly recommend this office.

I was unsure what to expect when the office came under new management. I am pleased to say Dr. Han and his staff are excellent. The dental assistant was gentle and calm. I would definitely recommend Dr.Han and his staff.

Just went in for my six month cleaning. Kalie was the hygienist who cleaned my teeth. She did a good job. They have more modern equipment now that makes the cleaning less stressful by not using the tools that they have to scrape your teeth with.

Love this office! The sweetest people work here and they take very good care of my teeth!

I have been going to this office for 30 plus years. They are always professional and friendly. I do like that they always call with an appointment confirmation without fail. Waiting times are minimal and typically if I get there early for a cleaning (Joyce is the best) they get me in a few minutes early. Dr Jones is retiring soon but met Dr. Han and I’m confidant he will keep running a great operation.

Had a fabulous visit and a great conversation with Dr. Han today. Dr Han is an absolute class act. His professionalism and knowledge allows his clients to be completely confident in the care they receive. I highly recommend this practice and wish him great success in his new community.
