This office, staff, and Dr. Willinger were awesome!! I had a Dental Emergency and was able to schedule for next day. I was concerned about the cost because I am self-pay. I was contacted before my appointment to discuss costs and what to expect. Which were all quite reasonable. I have a fear of going to the Dentist from several prior bad experiences. They were great with me! Kept me calm and relaxed and Dr. Willinger diagnosed how to deal with my emergency. Although they had to refer me out to an oral surgeon, they got me in same day and got my emergency taken care of. I will have to follow up in a few weeks, but, it will be with much less anxiety than I normally have.

Not many people can say they love going to the Dentist, but I do. Dr. Paxton and Cathy Gray have a personal touch. Not only do I feel I have received outstanding care, it is like catching up with friends you haven’t seen in a while. Highly recommend!

My experience today was different. I was seen by the dentist whose name I still don't know, thank God Teresa was there so I at least knew one person in the room. I'm unaware whether it was confidence or arrogance but I'm almost certain that was my first and last appointment with him. I always have enjoyed the staff at your location and hopefully this will get addressed directly to the Dentist that shared a brief explanation concerning what was required and who I needed to see.This type of negative bedside manner from the Dentist gives people reason to find another place to go for better simple customer service..It's too easy to say"hello my name is".

This was the best Dental Practice I have ever been to. This was my 1st appointment and when I walked in the front desk receptionist knew my name. My hygienist Sam was absolutely amazing 😍😍 she was gentle great attention to detail and my Doctor Dr. Ross was thorough and explained everything to me. I highly highly recommend this practice to anyone. I will be bringing my whole family to them for now on. Thank you all there for amazing customer service 😊
