I love this office! I do not like the dentist and can't explain why but this office talks you through step by step what they are doing and why they are doing it! Remembers you even when they've only seen you once and it's been almost a year since that visit! Love how personable they are! All around great office with great employees! I've recommended them to so many!

I never dread going to my dentist appts. at Midgette Family Denistry! Everyone - from the ladies in reception, to my fantastic hygienist, to the woman who always explains my insurance to me (thank goodness!!) and of course my wonderful dentist, Dr. Paxton - actually make visiting your office a really pleasant experience...unusual for a dentist's appt.!! They make a truly GREAT team, and I'm so glad that I go there!

The staff was very friendly and professional. This is the first dentist I have ever been to that has explained what they saw on x-rays, pointed them out, and explained what treatment was needed in an understandable way! They even went out of their way to get me back in as quickly as possible so they could take care of a cavity so I could avoid the possibility of a root canal! Love them... and will definitely recommend to my local friends!

Absolute scam artists have you come in for an appointment after hours and then charge you an after-hour fee without even telling you. Don't tell you that they don't take your insurance until after the services are rendered. Will not work with you at all on these ridiculous charges either. Went here for a chipped tooth and did a very shotty job. Rushed it and made my teeth crooked. Came in to get it fixed and it's still crooked. Took my daughter here one time for a cleaning and a checkup and they told her she had one cavity but they refuse to fix it and sent to somewhere else turns out she had three cavities so they don't even see everything. Again very rushed incomplete work. Notice how most the reviews only have 1 or 2 reviews (they're all fake).

This family centered dentist office is by far the best experience I've had at any dentist office. From the first phone call, setting up my appointment, to the final stage of payment, the staff was amazing. Kindness from everyone you passed. My hygienist was Michelle who explained everything before it was happening and wasn't judgemental when I let her know it had been (ehem....errr....) 5 years since my last appointment. 😬 Dr. Shuck was kind and informative with answering any questions as well.
