I grew up petrified of the dentist. Knowing that, my dentist is gentle and caring. Her staff is the same way. As I left Friday, Dr. Batchelor walked me to the door and said, “I saw your landscaping at the vets.” (I have done that for 4 years and I love it.) “It’s lovely,” she remarked. Then, the secy. said, ‘I learned that one of your basketball teams won 55 games in a row when you were coaching.’ I DID. “And you are in the HHS Hall of Fame.” I am. How did...i googled you!

Two visits in so far, and I won't go anywhere else for as long as I am able. Superb team, from front office to technicians and of course Dr. Batchelor herself. I have always been seen right at my appointment time if not a couple of minutes before which is so professional and greatly appreciated. They provided answers to my questions, and gave honest options, not a hard sell for some advanced costly technique. Truly a caring, family practice. Thank you, Dr. Batchelor and staff!

If you have a dental emergency DON’T call them!! They won’t help or even give advice if you aren’t on their schedule! They were in as usual on the day after Christmas but refused to even talk to me for TWO WEEKS!! I was in town for Christmas and unfortunately had dental emergency. I was so glad to find someone actually in and seeing patients during holiday but they clearly do not care about people! One star is too good for these uncaring so called dentists!!
