My family has been with Dr. Wallace for over 20 years. He took care of my children's teeth since birth. I am happy that Donnie is now enjoying a well deserved retirement AND I am extremely happy that Dr. O'Donnell is now taking care of all of my family. Dr. O'Donnell has had the pleasure of seeing me through a fractured tooth recently (I am getting old...). He is smart, patient, a good educator and technically excellent. He also has a great working relationship with his staff. He has Saturday hours which makes getting there easier. I would recommend him without reservation.

Dr. O’Donnell and his staff are the absolute best! They are very patient, which was very important to us as my husband has a severe case of “white coat syndrome “. They are very pleasant, professional and very helpful with explaining your treatment and treatment options and they are very helpful with any insurance questions or concerns you may have. They are very down to Earth and not at all pushy. They go over your visit with you and discuss any questions or concerns you may have. Their fees are also very reasonable. My husband and I feel very blessed to have found such a great, caring dental team. We highly recommend this dental team!

As an older person with many years of dental experience I hope my words carry some weight here. Simply put, this is the BEST dental office I have EVER been to. The staff feels like friends. They went above and beyond expectations when my wife recently had an emergency. They took car of her immediately and then Dr. O'Donnell called her the next morning to make sure she was doing OK. (NEVER had that happen before). Dr. O'Donnell is special in a world where customer care and service seems long gone. He does everything in his power to take care and make the experience is as painless as possible.

After not seeing a dentist in 13 years, I had 2 fillings at Central Virginia Family Dentistry but all 32 teeth have hurt for months up to the point where I didn’t want to live with myself anymore. And none of the staff over there wanted to help me. So I called O’Donnell dentistry and I had an appointment the same day where I was diagnosed with bruxism. The staff was nice, there were charging stations for my iPad and the dentist was very cool. I even had a complimentary X-ray after believing I had cracked teeth but I had bruxism instead. Thanks to O’Donnell Dentistry, I now have a dentist that I can trust. Best dentist in Lynchburg ever!
