I went in for a routine cleaning. Staff was very warm and welcoming and I had no wait time before they brought me back. Dr. O'Donnell is a true professional and takes his time educating and explaining when needed. Would highly recommend this practice to anyone.

I broke a tooth while visiting Goodview, Virginia on a Friday evening. There were no dentists open in Roanoke on Saturday. It just so happened that I was headed to Lynchburg on Saturday and O'Donnell Dentistry was the only dentist open in the area. They took me in and looked at my broken tooth and told me to come back in 1 1/2 hours because they had a cancellation. Dr. O'Donnell and Abraham fixed me right up without any pain at all and without breaking the bank. Everyone in the office is very pleasant and personable. If I lived in that area, they would definitely be my new dentist.

Dr. O'Donnell and his staff are the best in my book. They took me from being ashamed to smile to smiling like the Cheshire Cat from, Alice in Wonderland. Debbie the dental hygienist was phenomenal. Dr. O'Donnell was concise and professional. All staff were friendly, courteous, and the goodie bag you get at the end of a cleaning was actually the best goodie bag I've ever received after a dental cleaning. Two enthusiastic thumbs up!

Ecellent Team!! I was having some pain in my gum over the weekend and did not have a dentist in Lynchburg. My friends recommend O'Donnell Dentistry and I'm sure glad I went there first. They saw me first thing Monday morning and fixed me right up. The pain has resolved greatly, they knew what they were doing and talking about. The staff is extremely friendly and professional. I higy recommend getting your dentistry done here! I will be combing back :)

Never heard of O'donnell dentistry till my sister who was staying with me needed some dental pain relief. O'Donnell was 30 min from closing on a saturday but saw her anyway my family and I couldnt be more grateful I plan on taking my family there for all our dental needs. Thank you O'donnell dentistry!

I have been under the care of O'Donnell Family Dentistry and it's staff for at least double digit years before I retired. (Having the same insurance provider for the same length of time.) Several years ago before retiring a had to have a tooth surgically removed. Due to other dental issues and trying to decide whether to have an implant done or a bridge, I delayed the decision until after I retired.(Upon retiring, I elected as part of my benefits package, to keep the same dental insurance provider.) I opted for the bridge procedure and this was submitted to the insurance provider for processing. The insurance provider denied the claim and an initial appeal, but thanks to the diligence of Dr. O'Donnell's staff ( with a special thanks to Melanie), a 2nd appeal was submitted and the insurance provider agreed to pay their portion of the coverage as stated in the policy. Because of Melanie's and the rest of Dr. O'Donnell's staffs persistence and professionalism in handling this issue, I will always be grateful and thankful for the assistance they provided!

The staff are genuinely concerned about all their patients and feel they are more family than just customers. They know you by name which is very uncommon in this day and age when most businesses are more worried about getting you in and out, they are, I feel more interested in my well being.
If you want a wonderful experience you need to at least give them a try. 5 stars is not enough!!!
