Yesterday was my first visit. All of the staff, from the lady at the front desk, Dental Hygenist and Dr. Rhodes were very welcoming and friendly. I got a real sense that Dr. Rhodes and his staff genuinely care about their patients. I don't like going to the dentist, but they all made it an enjoyable visit.

Highly recommend Dr. Rhodes and his staff. Ive had bad experiences with past dentists and Dr.Rhodes was out of this world concerned with how I felt with the work being done and they kept me informed every step of the way. The staff is very friendly and very attentive to every question that I had during the whole process.

Dr. Rhodes is fabulous. So caring along with his "team". He has been working with several of my relatives (even the ones who have been afraid to go to the dentist) They all love him...He cares, he listens and very proactive when it is necessary to get the job done. The staff is absolutely wonderful!! They genuinely care about you and your teeth. They are very knowledgeable about any concerns you may have. You don't have to wait a long time for your next appointment either! All the staff greets you with a beautiful smile as well. Dr. Brett Rhodes is very gentle when removing your teeth and giving injections😃 He's very sympathetic to your pain and concerns which is a huge relief! That entire staff is outstanding!!!!

Just started going to North Roanoke Dental Associates after my husband and I moved. The staff was extremely friendly and their process during the pandemic was great. I never came into contact with anyone other than the staff (all masked of course). Dr. Rhodes was thorough but very personable! Great experience overall!!
