Definitely one of the best group of people I have ever been associated with in all my life. Everyone treated me with 100% professionalism and I am so glad to have had the privilege of meeting each and everyone of them. I am looking forward to doing business with them. I would recommend these guys to anyone because they do their best to make you feel like you are in good hands just talking to them each and everyone. Love Dr. Rhodes and his entire staff. They treat you like family. My fear of the dentist is GONE with Dr. Rhodes taking care of me. Brandi the hygienist is a sweetheart and takes good care of her patients. I would recommend Dr. Rhodes to anyone. He is more than just a dentist. He is a friend. He does care.

We had a wonderful experience at Roanoke Dental Associates. Took my 8 and 5 year old in for routine cleaning. The hygienist was very calm and explained each step of the process so nothing was scary for them. Dr. Rhodes was thorough, very friendly and helpful with the kids. Couldn't have asked for a better visit.

Awesome group! Very positive and fun environment. Easy to talk with, without the rush of pushing you out the door like in a factory. The entire staff is amazing.

I recently moved to Roanoke and needed to do my 6 month cleaning. I'm glad I found this place. It is located between my home and work, which is very convenient. The personnel were all friendly and upbeat. I already made my next appointment and will definitely keep coming to this dentist for my teeth health.

Very professional staff. Tammy & Karen were very helpful & presented great customer service. Martha my hygienist was very kind, the most gentlest hygienist I've ever had. I have sensitive teeth so this made a huge difference. They were very accommodating. Office was very clean. The dentist took his time to listen to my concerns, offering solutions & was very personable. I highly recommend this dental practice.

My first visit was up to the quality of care I had received at my previous dentist office, before moving into the Roanoke area. The staff and Dr Rhodes were kind, communicative, professional and left me feeling confident in any care I will need in the future. Thank you so much!

Fantastic dental practice. Worked my daughter in on their day off to pull a tooth. Dr. Rhodes has an amazing bed side manner. Great experience each time. Would highly recommend this dental office.

Dr. Rhodes is an phenomenal dentist. I went to him when I had a sudden pain in my tooth and he was able to get me in quickly, despite being a new patient. I’m nervous when it comes to dentists visits or doctors, but the friendly staff made me feel calm, and helped the environment be light and chill. I adored the staff and the professionalism so much, that I decided to make North Roanoke Dental my primary dentist. The facility is very clean and well maintained. I am highly impressed with how appointments and staff operate with COVID going on: staff makes sure that as a patient I am safe by opening doors, providing hand sanitizer/disinfectant, doing a pre-screening, and a screening for each visit (among other things). Every employee wore a mask and gloves the entire time. I am excited to go to have my teeth cleaned/worked on which is something I certainly was not expecting. I would recommend North Roanoke Dental with Dr. Rhodes to anyone, scared of dentists or not, for the exceptional work and care that is put into each patient

Update (8-2-2022): Whoever the new person (she hadn’t cleaned my teeth before) who cleaned my teeth is, made me feel extremely uncomfortable. At the end of my visit, she unprofessionally told me that Delta Dental would no longer be In-Network (which is fine) but further explained that the change came because it was costing the business money by keeping Delta contracted and she made it sound like those of us that have Delta Dental aren’t valued or wanted. She then pulled Ashley (manager) over, even though I didn’t ask her to, and told Ashley that I was upset in a condescending tone that made me want to cry. I was in the chair from 3:35pm until 4:55pm for only a teeth cleaning. Part of this time was because the substitute dentist came over to provide his opinion - which I didn’t ask for, but the lady cleaning my teeth insisted he come over to talk to me about what I’ve already discussed with Dr. Jones and Dr. Rhodes. It made me so very uncomfortable. I don’t want to go back if she’s going to clean my teeth. I don’t want to go back if Dr. Rhodes isn’t there. I’m terrified of dentists and I had no idea that I would be cared for by strangers who made me feel so uncomfortable. The worst part: I told the cleaning lady I was uncomfortable with dentists and she mocked me continuously through-out the process via back-handed comments and telling OTHERS that I was afraid of dentists. By the end of the visit, I just wanted to leave, not reschedule or schedule my appointment, and not come back at ALL. I don’t know where the staff was that I first met over two years ago and normally handles me, but I’m disappointed and don’t want to go back again.
