I booked an appointment and wasn’t made aware AT ALL that I would have to “confirm” my appointment less than 24 hours before or they would cancel it without notifying me.
They called me one time the DAY BEFORE MY APPOINTMENT and did not specify that I had to call back, and they left a message only reminding me of an appointment. I came in 20 min early and they refused to accommodate me. If I could zero stars I would.
